Dallas (TX) music loss: Dennis Gonzalez (trumpet) died March 16, 2022. He was an internationally renowned avant-garde musician who taught mariachi & started a rondalla ensemble at DISD. I had the pleasure of meeting him during these early Yells At Eels days through his son Aaron (bass). Rest in music maestro!
