It’s such a beautiful area. And Houston is home to a diverse group of people and it shows in the architecture. You have a mix of Mediterranean, Spanish, English, contemporary, and so much more. Gorgeous homes here
Having made mortgage lending my profession, I must say that I am very surprised by the prices of the homes you have shown. The southern portion of the country was, for the most part, the area that I was familiar with. I am now retired but I still keep up with what is going on in the business. Even with rates being above 5% and the availability of properties being somewhat limited in our market it appears that Texas is not as affected as the Deep South is. Good luck in 2024
