A Washington, DC based Flight Attendant, traveling the world and taking you with me! I'm proud to fly for one of the largest airlines in the world. So follow along with me at 37,000 feet in the air.
My heart is so happy to see youu!! You were one of the first flight attendants I have ever watched, and I'm a flight attendant now! Been flying for 9 months and loving it!
That is a symptom of sleep apnea. You should get a sleep test. A lack of oxygen will cause very vivid dreams or waking & being stuck in a dream. These experiences will increase the longer apnea is not treated.

I have missed seeing you. You are honestly the biggest dose of positivity in my life and I've needed a refill so bad!! Please keep posting if you can. You are teaching me to breath sunshine like you do. 💛
Here we are 9 years since you made your first You Tube video. You seem to be wearing your glasses less now than you were 9 years ago. Usually as an optician I expect to see people wearing their glasses less at first and then slowly start wearing them more and more often. Your glasses really don't appear to be much stronger than they were 9 years ago. I can see that your nearsighted, but your able to see rather well without your glasses. So I'm guessing you don't wear contacts at all. I'm assuming that you haven't needed an increase in your glasses in at least several years. Do you even remember when you last needed new glasses due to a change in your prescription?
So after seeing a recent video of you wearing glasses I thought I would check to see if you maybe had only recently started wearing glasses. So here I am at your very first video and somewhat surprised to see you wearing glasses. So no way of knowing when you got your first glasses, but it was clearly at least 9 years ago for sure.
My anxiety is just because of my heart rate being naturally too high (sinus tachycardia). My doctor said it’s okay for me to fly, but I can’t even go on rollercoasters yet I been told that an airplane taking off is even FASTER than that. I’m not afraid of rollercoasters, but my heart rate physically wouldn’t be able to withstand it. Any thoughts?
