Chris "Seven" Antonopoulos plays drums with brash technical brilliance and arena showmanship. Since 2014, he has been a member of legendary Belgium metal band Channel Zero alongside Mikey Doling (Snot, Soulfly). He began his career in Dallas's Hellafied Funk Crew, playing alongside bassist "Bobzilla" (ex-Damageplan, Hellyeah). In 2000, Seven joined Vanilla Ice for four years of blistering, groove metal and non-stop touring. 2004 then saw him join Los Angeles industrial rock outfit Opiate for the Masses, and for a 2006 jaunt, Seven joined Al Jourgensen's Revolting Cocks for three months supporting Ministry. Seven had four amazing years with Opiate before joining symphonic metal masterminds Leaves Eyes from October 2009 to 2010. In 2011, he toured with the punk infused rock artist Livan and in 2019 toured with raw power rockers Beasto Blanco in support of Halestorm.
Excellent work there Sev. So odd to see these types of live cams and hearing the Vocals / Guitar so pulled back in the mix. Really lets the drums stand out. - Mark
I was there! Row E seat 11 Keswick Theater in PA. Was a really great show, and all the musicians kicked ass. Proceeds and donations went to Cedar-Sinai for glioblastoma research, and they all sat down at the merch table after the show to sign everyone’s stuff. Was a special show.
Seven's an astounding drummer. Check out his work with Vanilla Ice. Yes, he's a hard hitter and a cymbals guy but he keeps a great beat. He's having a great time and Patty's loving it!
