You can store it for 1 month. If there is summer put this in fridge and if there is winter you can simply put the container on shelf. The quantity that I made lasts for 9-12 days. You can adjust the quantity as per your needs.

Hi there Thanks for asking. Well dosage for children depends on the age. If you can share age of children I can guide you well. However, introduce nuts and seeds to children first in small amounts then slowly increase. And look for allergies as some individuals are allergic to nuts and seeds.
@priyankam263 yes you can use sabja seeds instead of chia seeds as sabja seeds contain iron, fiber, omega 3 and proteins. Use them as I used chia seeds in the video

This quantity can go for 10 day’s only. And if you store this powder, make in large quantities or as required and store it in fridge it can go for months.
@kavin you can simply add this powder to milk, smoothie or shake or oatmeal or chia pudding or any other pudding. I don’t recommend adding this to dosa.
