Many of us wonder what our "mission" or purpose in this life is. For me, I realized that while I didn't have any extraordinary talents, I could still do "something" worthwhile. I decided to make my "something" improving the quality of life of others.
Why a RU-vid channel on GED math then ? Because I believe that if I help YOU on your journey to get your GED, your salary is going to double, your opportunities in life are going to triple, and that will increase your quality of life . Mission accomplished !
In this channel you will find videos that you can use to fit your lifestyle, during different stages of your GED math journey whether you are just getting your feet wet or getting ready to take your GED math test. The MOST important thing in the GED is to make progress EVERYDAY. Baby steps, but always moving forward. Doing 5 problems a day maybe doesn't seem like much, but done EVERY DAY in a month is 150 questions in a month ! Boom !
If He drove 15 miles 1 way to the store in 1 hour, that's 15mph, then he stopped for 1 hour of shopping. Then drove back home at 15mph. to get home in an hour. Now if there were traffic lights involved, I would understand the 30mph. But if there weren't any lights, and he was driving 30mph 1 way, wouldn't it only take him 30min. to drive 15 miles 1 way? None of these Choices they give, are Correct. Correct??
I am from Bangladesh , i watched your all videos and passed math exam with 155 . Can you suggested some RU-vid channel for social studies.. Thanks You again
I have a question at the 10 minute mark can you explain to me how 15-4 is = to 9 not 11 ? didn't see the correction at the bottom of the screen but still appreciate the video helps a bunch.
The equation for problem#3 is already in y-intercept form: the coefficient in front of the "x" variable IS the slope of that line. There is no need to plot points to answer the question.
The question about sarah didn't have the right answer choices so I was confused until the end. I got 15.53, but the options only had 15.3 and 15.8 so I was stumped for wayyy too long. LMAO 😂
A good tip for any repeat math takers if you’re failing by a few points each time learn the Pythagorean theorem for the triangle question. It’s easy to spot and easy to remember. It helped me pass the test finally and scored higher for my collage placement .. do it!!
I have a question; would you ever be willing to cover the other subjects too, like the extended response essay or RLA comprehension/multiple choice for example? Or do you prefer to stick to math on this channel? (Which is more than enough, it's amazing!) There's just not a lot of videos out there on this, and you're an excellent teacher, and very thorough, so I thought I'd give it a shot! 😅❤❤
1:03:40 Where did the 2 come from? Its 1 1/2 cups olive oil, 3/4 cup lime juice, 2/3 cup water? I feel so dumb and lost but so many things I keep seeing that make no sense to me 😢
I thought the multiplication & division/ addition & subtraction are NOT interchangeable? But rather: whichever of those comes first in the equation, as in: *always* left to right?😅
These are questions/topics seen in the GED. However, I suggest you take a practice exam with the GED.com because they actually write the test and that is the closest to the real thing you are going to get. Best of luck
I couldn't understand the first question. I told it was the letter C, 375 not letter D ,376 Would you explain it a litter bit more it will me to understand more the concepts. thanks
Similar topics. The closes to the GED math test would be questions on the GED.com practice tests. I would take their free parctice one, and buy another one if you are bale. It will give you a taste for the real things.
I am confused #2 why did you change minus 2 squared to adding 4 for 71 shouldn't it be minus 4? Also on #12 you said Joe flipped a coin 60 times, got heads 35 and tails 15... That's 50 results not 60?
