Holy smokes where have you been all my life. So many excel YT channels do run of the mill stuff you can find on google or Excel forums. Or the way they teach/show it is just confusing. Question, how can i get this to work when using conditioner formatting to. To elaborate: I use conditional formatting to change the background of a cell based on the value (date) entered in the cell, or a different cell in that row. So 23jun24 is entered in A1 and turns white, which enters 23feb25 in B1 with the rule that B1 turns red when todays date is after 23feb25. I want B3 to check if B2 is red, and change its color if true. Ive been doing trial and error with your 1st method and i can't get it to do that. I initially tried the VBA method (which i just found out is a thing today) and promptly killed several brain cells. Any advice would be very much appreciated

Can I download the offline version of Visio Plan 2 for desktop if my subscription is for Office 365 Business Premium? I thought it only came with the online version of Visio? I just don't want to wake up to a huge charge on my credit card

I believe only 2 columns can be compared at a time. So for your request, I would recommend comparing column by column. So column 1 with list a and column 1 with list b and then column 2 with list a and column 2 with list b, etc.
I need to remove non-breaking spaces only. And I don't have a blank column to use for a function (I don't want to add one in the middle of my data). How can I find these things?
Shouldn't there be a New button with NewForm(VideoDetails) in OnSelect to clean everything from the form and EditForm(VideoDetail) in OnSelect property of VideoGallery to bring the form back to edit mode after selecting a row in the gallery? And I guess the SubmitForm function would also work on a new record, provided the form is in the new mode.

It's really helpful, i have 2 more columns for Date and time. Could you tell me how do I edit that formula for add button. When I do ,date:date.text, there comes an error
