The traditional Vietnamese household remedy. I remembered my wife doing this a long while ago. My viet wife was advised by my mother not to touch water within the 1st month of giving birth and do this instead with some different ingredients. My wife did and i dont know how traditional vietnamese women were able to do this for a whole freaking month. It's hardcore! This is a lost natural self remedy that the 90s babies and beyond will never understand. Synthetic western medicines and convenience is all they know. I understand it though
