Amazing, not one of these options worked, why? I assume it's because this video is 4 years old and I don't have any of the links r same places on my new version of SharePoint to follow the instructions.....
How do I export a list with a column that is multi lines of text Type and append changes to existing text is selected. I end up only getting the last entry when exporting to excel.

I'm trying to add someone from an external org to a Chennel I created in Teams. I can add everyone else from this external org with the same email domain name but not this individual. When I go to share the channel with them and add their email address the search results "search failed". Do you know why this is?
You can't share channels in Teams externally. Only shared channel allows you to invite external users, but in order for this to work, your IT needs to set up B2B Connect in Entra ID.
Can you please help me? I created a Microsoft Lists and I want to create a filter using < and >. For example, I have a column of shoe sizes. I want to see all shoes bigger than size 5. I want to create in that column a filter where I can type ">5" so in the list will only apear shoes from size 6 onwards. Is there a way I can do this? Thank you very much. Your content is really good and has helped me a lot.
When implementing viva connections to a hub/home site, is it possible to control which news articles prompt a notification to certain users? For example, can it be set up so that all staff get notified in Teams when an article is posted on the hub site, but only the HR team members get notified when an article is posted on the HR communication site within the hub?

Great explanation as always thanks for this video, my compliments. This feature imo is Very limited to the My Content screen and pretty much only useful for personal use compared to the managed metadata functionality which is a much more usefull cross site feature, but requires planning in contrary to the more adhoc use of tags imo

I would love to know how to make PDFs reliably read-only in SharePoint. It’s a mixed bag as to whether they open in the SharePoint edit view or the Adobe Document Cloud, but it usually ignores the permissions I set on those documents. Very frustrating for fillable forms!
@@SharePointMaven I have 3 columns created the same day(yesterday): 1 managed metadata, 1 text and 1 choice. But only the one with managed metadata have a Crawled propertie... Do you have any solution?
Thanks for this informative video as well as the one on how to use the Embed component. I'm trying to show a specific view of a list from another site. I can't seem to make this happen. When I use the Embed component, the URL only allows me to use the top level view. When I try to add the list as shown here, the list isn't available because it's on another site. I'd really appreciate some guidance! Thanks in advance!
