Welcome to Batumi Georgia . Ranking #1 for rental yields once again. But, with that has brought surges in unit cost. What was 36,000 for a studio last year is now 120,000 this year.

hi..I lost my bag in that street...I went to nearest police station in there. after then policeman steal my money..anyway..thats way..dont go to police station anytime...!
