12:01 thank you Context about Naggz. Neggz and Koefficient are the biggest icons in vtuber scene who are not vtubers. They just interact with them sometimes since 2020. Koefficient is the wholsome one (in another video you saw his Mococo cosplay (a fat guy with beard in Mococo costume) and Naggz is also wholesome but he has a lot of vtuber friends too. Why? Because (not 100% sure) many vtubers nowadays were vrchat content creators back in 2017 and even some hololive girls could be people I've seen back in the vrchat era and Naggz was popular with them as well
naggz's vtuber shennanigans started off with nuxtaku for gameshows and stuff im pretty sure, dates back before 2020... after then he kinda stuck around with the vtuber community cuz he found it pretty fun to interact with them and their communities lol

Generally, in terms of twitch, aside from company vtubers, names you should know and recognize in terms of vtuber community: Bao, Numi (zero rizz girl), Shylily, Nagzz, Evanito, Tricky, Camilla, Vedal, Sinder, Buffpup, Chibidoki, PastaroniRavioli (owner of most cursed laughter), Yuzu, Cottontail, Nagzz, Koefficient, Nux Taku, Jowol (PorcelainMaid), Filian (aka Fillipino Boy), Anny, Shoto, Ai Candi, Kwite, Juniper, FalseEye, Lae-Dee, Lord Aethelstan, Bricky, Connor (CDawgVA), Shondo, RubberRoss, Sykkuno, Kenji, Oni Giri, Maid Mint, Randon, Professor Lando, Rainhoe, Dokibird Those are not recommendations, but if you don't recognize most of those names, you really need to catch up on the twitch side of vtubing community. You'll be seeing them a lot in clips.
The dude roasting Cottontail is Bricky, he's currently deep in the Vtuber content hole after Matara Kan dragged him in, he's basically doing collabs with one or more vtubers per week now and it is some of the funniest content I have seen in ages. He also did a series of Warhammer 40k lore videos that are a fun watch. And finally, his collabs with Cottontail are some of the most unhinged shit you will ever see, it is just nonstop jokes and sexual innuendos, so well worth a watch considering your sense of humour.

You've seen Kuro before. In a different form, he's Mysta. Alicia is... kinda similar to you in what she does. A lot of reacting to Sseth and Max0r, sometimes gaming. Though she's not very good at that reacting part, to be fair, she goes on way too long tangents. Still better than Bao at least. I've never seen anyone as dogshit at reacting to videos as Bao.
