Honestly man. This game is a god damn diamond in the rough. I have more then 1000 hours in the game and just love the huge interactions of this game. If they make a war room to build weak skeletons to send to other bases to raid, getting raided by pve and dungeons. If they put dungeons with some kind of rune system to attach to the armor they are solid. Throw in some more storied mission esk and alot of lore and they got themselves a pollished diamond
Oo, I like this. Vampires being so intertwined with Christian lore Cain is a given, eventually. But also something that represents Abel or Seth, maybe something with to do with Enoch. Nosferatu and Lilith, intuitive guesses from comments. If we go with horror classics something akin to Frankestein's monster(that's what Adam was if you think about it) or a mummy. We have mythical creatures, so maybe a dragonic type or a sphynx. Greek mythology has dozens (of which Harpies, for example). Whatever it is, Dracula was the king of vampires and he was the reason all these creatures poured out of other realms. They were collecting these shards to resurrect Dracula in our realm, that was the whole point. So what now? Either they have to add another obstacle before him or they have to make even stronger threat. One that Dracula was holding away. Maybe that's how we could defeat him, he was using half of this power trying to keep something even more horrible at bay, something that even he fears. And now that he's gone, true terror is unleashed. If you look at it this way, it only makes sense that it's either Cain or an ancient god that resembles Cthulhu. If they add something before Dracula, it would have to be a massive DLC on other aspects. Another continent, entire new skill tree (Fire, Curse, Poison etc), new weapons (Halberd, Rapier, Throwing stars), base defense structures like gargoyles or cannons. It has to be multiple things that add profound value.
I used the exact same gear / blood / amulet as you the first time I took him down. The only differences were that I stuck with pistols only (the endbringers), opted for two counter spells (chaos / frost barriers), and I play on PS5. Overall, it was definitely the hardest fight for me and took many failed attempts before I finally succeeded. Afterwards, I changed my entire build to what would best be described as berserker and cleaned the floor with him.
Some form of PvE end game after Dracula. A goal, something to work for. I don't have the time for proper PvP so sticking to PvE. Find myself logging in much less after having done 'everything' in game. Not sure what content that could be. Besides the obvious more land/bosses. Maybe different Vampire factions that you can work on, with rewards for you and your castle...
@@guywithaface I plan on pairing it with Alchemy. I think they will have a upgraded power potion in Season 2 and who ever I play most (my main) is more likely to get it instead of buying the recipe :) My war band will have mage with Jewelcradting and Tailoring also :)
Pretty much exactly as you described, it just makes sense. Next step is hard to decide at the moment as there is not enough information available and I’ll decide once I am there. How much will be disabled in early access, how busy will it be, how much and how easy is it to sell mats etc. might continue try to profession level or take through another alt, or some else entirely. Time will tell Anyway good video, sound reasoning and keep up the good work
Thanks for the guide. I do notice that now he has a couple more abilities that I have seen. First he turns into a wolf in phase 1, it is pretty easy to dodge as he just runs and jumps over you, second is phase 2 he spawns a shadow copy of himself that if you get too close hits hard (although fine if you simply avoid).
@@bevanlangford5012 thank you for highlighting this. Later I realized that if you stay away during Dracs Blood Disks he will chase you as a wolf :) I always rushed Drac during blood disks lol hence no wolf. Now I know ;)
Scholar is my favourite, as I love the spell gameplay. I think rogue is probably second, though, for it's mobility. Brute is supposed to be good as well, but not used it much yet. I imagine it's more for weapons playstyles though? Although I use my weapons, I tend to favour building for my magic, the majority of the time. Once i get that 100% Scholar blood (only got 79%, so far) Will be going to take on Adam and Dracula (although I would like 100% rogue, too)
@@DadOfWar86 I just used my 100% warrior to beat adam, last night. I went on bloodmoon, so had enough speed from this. I had a spell set up with maleficer armour and the purple necklace. 100% warrior was my best blood, so decided to take it, even though I was a spell build. Worked out great, as was using the Scythe skills on the lasers, and the E on the boss a lot, too. Wasn't expecting to beat this boss on my 3rd try, but it honestly felt easy on this attempt. My spells were Chaos Volley (which I took to hit the lasers, but ended up using it on the boss more) and spectral wolf with the bounce gem, for some extra healing. I found the autonomous nature of the ranged attack on the Scythe, was a lot easier for hitting the lasers, than aiming two shots of the chaos volley at it. also, if I was close enough, I could just whack the laser with the Q attack, and a couple of melee hits instead. This meant I had the E free to hit the boss with, too.
I need to get 100% scholar and rogue, so I can play around with strats to beat Adam. I just have 79 and 88, respectively. I picked up 2 x 90+% Brutes in the Holy Area, while looking for a Scholar. Makes me think the high level zones are the best place to farm high level blood? PS: I only have a single 100% prisoner (warrior) and I also have a 100% warrior for quests. He'd have been made into a prisoner if I could, but I didn't have the option, at the time... wish they had an option to turn a mission/helper into a prisoner, as you can do it the other way.
Looks cool, I will have to try it. My best armour set is currently caster-based though. I take it that weapon speed armour is best for this, or would weapon CD armour be good, too?
@@D00M3R_MAVS on normal I like walk speed armor with Warriors blood. Adam has so much movement related mechanics that moving around him makes fight so much easier IMO. Phase 2 basic attack is also easy to dodge with a sword because of its range :) LMK it this build works for you
I know, right? I’m doing my first (solo) play through and I’ve finally got servants that can run the city districts in silver light but even with that and regularly clearing the population of the city and cathedral myself I’m barely keeping up with gold production.
Did my first rifts, the other day. I didn't realise that T2 was level 80 though (I think I was level 56, or something) I actually managed to kite out one of the bigger, Demon-Ladies, and kill her. When I tried to do this to the other big creatures, however, they kept leashing back to the room they were all stood in, so I couldn't do it. They did too much damage, so I'd just get one shot. What level do you think realistically you can start doing T2 rifts, maybe level 65-70? (this is just on normal mode too, BTW)
@@DadOfWar86 It does look decent. I just never played it, with it being on epic. It's on steam now though, so likely will get it in the sales at some point.
The Witcher or Elderscrolls. Especially The Witcher because of the aesthetics and heavy inclusion of vampires in the DLC but also Skyrim's Dawnguard expansion. Both could include factions dedicated to hunting you (Witchers or Dawnguard) and would have unique weapons such as hand crossbows and silver swords, new potion types etc from Witcher and Dawnguard asthetic versions of pretty much every weapon class.
