Psa is great rifle(AR)to learn how to rebuild a rifle I bought a psa rifle that I used for a while little by little changed parts it now is essentially CMMG / ballistic advantage rifle now after I learned on it I built an 11.5 Bcm/Aero build so I say if you can only afford PSA buy it and little by little changes parts to upgrade it.
Oofta, not really impressed with PSA’s behavior. Thanks for putting out info most other people won’t. As for the AAC ammo, there’s definitely inconsistencies with it. I have a review out on their new 7.62x39 ammo where I chronographed it vs tela and Tula. It performed the worst out of all 3 on every level. Velocity, consistency, accuracy and ejection pattern were all bad.
You get what you put into it when you build your own military AK from a parts kit. The down side is your spending more then you will when buying one budget brand. However you'll get more mileage out of the DIY kits.

If it wasnt for limon i wouldn't have learned about the issues RAS47 and i have one, and ive learned a lot to be careful with most Ak playform rifles even AR platforms. To lose limon off RU-vid would suck, hes good solid dude sharing info
Psa quality stinks and so does their customer service. You cant screw up both. I sent two uppers in for service and they lost one and sent the other back not repaired. Long story short it took months and the BBB to get them to provide me with a functional product that I paid for a long time prior.
ReformedGGA has many videos on various PSA products and every one of them has a respective video(s) of problems with said products... 🤷♂️ Thanks for sharing n' God bless you and yours brother

I’d be fine with PSA if they charged 10% more to make sure the QC is tightened up. In fact I’d think they were one of the best manufacturers out there if they made less qc mistakes

I bought a PSA GF3 AK back in 2020. The thing was a complete disaster. Absurdly overgassed and wouldn't go back into battery which caused a dead trigger issue. I had so many failures on just the first mag. I think the issue was that the piston was bent and was catching on the walls of the gas tube. To be fair PSA "fixed it" but the whole experience left a really bad taste in my mouth. Bottom line, buy imports if you want an AK. Lol
Went there today to look at some rifles I will be picking one to take home next month so I wanted to put hands on a few checked out the underfolder z-pap and trying to find a 5.45 psa ak-74 was told I was not allowed to examine the bolt of any of the rifles…. What a joke…
I think a lot of die hard PSA fans confuse good value with good quality and subsequently hard usage. But to be fair a lot of these people consider 2000rd life span in a gun hard usage. Which is perfectly fine if you don’t shoot that often. But let’s not pretend that PSA is the quality standard of Kalashnikovs when it isn’t. Thats what we call Cope, especially when Romanian and WBP parts and rifles exist for the same price or not much more.

The weapon system works. It's not "Trash". There are better systems available. That's the weapon system. Springfield m1a are garbage in my experience from 2006 to 2011.
