We don’t believe that beautiful can’t be practical or that practical solutions can’t be elegant.
The four core components that underpin our ability to deliver the best in class product every time are:
I have to just say it’s a bit to modern for my taste. You took all of the charm out and made it a white box. Also that kitchen it not at all keeping in the period or mood. Sorry not for me ...
Really bad restoration, not sympathetic, covering or losing lots of original features, horrible use of decking to make up weird outside spaces, not addressing the need to deal with a single skin wall or dealing with the ugly 80/90`s upvc craze. Just a crap paint job and music.
@3:59 The open shelf under the vanity with no cabinets or drawers is utterly useless. Where are you supposed to keep your hairdryer, brush, comb, deodorant, cologne, toothbrush, toothpaste, shaving cream, razor...?
Obviously everyone will have different tastes, hence the variation of comments but on the whole is looks good, clean, modern and simplistic. I would however have changed the windows since almost every aspect of the house was updated.
You can tell whenever this house was originally built it was state of the art. It looks like it fell into some despair probably as the original owners got older. I just stumbled across your channel and l’m delighted. You did a wonderful job and brought this house back to life. I loved everything except *0:50, the brick & half picket fence wall looks as if you just had a “slip-cover” put over it. It’s just not in keeping with the rest of the house. Otherwise... BRAVO 👏🏼 👏🏼 👏🏼
Cozy was before! You took away all character, all authentic features. What's the obsession with these white sterile surfaces like in a hospital nowadays? Lifeless and cold.
I agree with the others, it certainly had much more character before. Also, don't you think that a nicer looking window rather than cheap, white UPVC would have made all the difference?
The orange trim is terribly outdated. It's not like an historical centuries old home. It's just a house from the 50-70s. It's not historical, it's only old and outdated.
Quite lovely! So much more attractive. The spaces are open, clean and ready for some lucky owner to being painting on a wonderful canvas. I would buy this home in a nanosecond. This probably is in the range of $5,000,000 US Dollars. Sorry, but I'm completely lost at English pounds. Still, very much worth it.
I really like the house nice airy big windows, just the staircase original was wonderfull now look out of place...one of the rooms on back I would kept the beams for bit of character ...but I think for sale to appeal to mayority people ...families is bang on ...
