Excellent video, and an eyes wide open approach to nutrition. Grass-fed meat, pasture raised chicken and eggs, raw milk, cheese and organ meat. Add some sweet potatoes, fruits and vegetables. Sounds like a human, omnivore diet built around single ingredient whole foods. Bravo!
The main reason why I quit Paleo long time ago was acutally very simple: It was WAY too time-consuming! I did not have the time for all that cooking, baking and food preparation! It did absaolutely not fit into my busy daily schedule. 😂
The biggest SPOKEN concern of hte FDA was making sure people didn't get ill. The NON-SPOKEN concern of the FDA is that the dirty 1% up there (money men and politicians) DO NOT WANT your ANAEROBIC gut bacteria restored. That would be bad for the economy. FDA is Replublican as I'm sure you already know. All their decisions lean Republican.
I hate hate hate how catty and shit-talky some health care workers are. I can always hear them gossip about me and other patients while I’m in the room waiting to be seen. It’s disgusting and unprofessional… at the very least they could kinda sound proof those rooms. I know it wasn’t the focus of the video, but I’m glad you brought it up, it happens way too much.
This is just what I needed 🥲 I’ve felt so alone because I’ve been on the fence for years. I’m now 41 and STILL struggle with the decision to have children or not. My husband and I have always been on the same page and were aware that we had healing to do on ourselves and our marriage before having a child. It’s been a long journey… I’m not sure what the future holds, but that’s OK. At least I’m finally learning to love ME more.
i have been decluttering and letting go of thing that no longer represent who i am now as a person so the tattoos i got 20 years ago are the chiices of a lad an im a man now. so tomorrow im gonna go start the process of getting it removed. it seemed alot at first but cos theres 8 weeks inbetween thats like £10 a week so thats do able.

Thanks, but how does one find a Functional Medicine doctor who is approved by Medicare / who'son one's approved insurance provider list / one that can serve as primary doctor? When I asked Un|ted for help with this the help agent asked if I needed a psychiatrist.
The FDA goal was not to protect your health through Pasturized milk, they don't care about you, no government agency does. The goal of the FDA is to protect the profits of the giant dairy producers. The giant dairy producers have very unclean practices when producing their dairy and the reason for the Pasturization is to sweep their horrible manufacturing practices under the rug ( a cover-up) because they're unpasturized products would make everyone sick if they didn't Pasturize, because of they're unclean manufacturing practices. Homogenized and Pasturized milk has no health benefits and is dangerous and toxic, Homogenized milk scars the arterial walls. Raw grass fed milk, raw cheeses, raw kefir, raw butter will keep the doctor away. They want us sick so the the drug companies can sell more drugs. The FDA, Pharmaceutical companies and multinational corporations are all in bed together, the FDA Is here to protect the profits of big Pharma and Multinational corporations. They don't care about us.
It is wild to me that you left the home and drove lol whaaat!? Wow. The retreat im visiting is for 3 days and once you are there, its for the duration of the weekend.

PD is often caused by hormonal fluctuations - the pill, menopause, time of the month etc. I use the topical cream proskin eczema that has been formulated for dermatitis and eczema and it cleared me up AND when I get a sudden outbreak it is gone in a couple days! Neither my doctor or dermatologist could believe it when they clapped eyes on me again and my dermatologist said I had a grin larger than the Cheshire Cat :)
Why not wait 1 year between sessions? Isnt it still fading during the time? should be more cost effective. Removing 6 large black tattoos here in Sweden.
I am excited to go get the products you recommended. Who would think at age 65 I would all of a sudden get this. Not sure if it's because I started putting castor oil and coconut oil and such on my face and it was just too much... Anyhow, thank you for the great video!!
My mom who is 63 years old really loves food 🍱 but she is diabetic and has a host of physical and mental health problems due to her obsession with food 🍲. I decided I don’t want to go down that path and I’m 40 years old turning 41 this year.

Thank you, I wish insurance companies would pay for this real medical care, functional medicine,. Since Doctors can’t afford private practice any more , they are owned and controlled by corporations whose only care is about profit.
I did Ayahausca at Rythmia Life Advancement Center in Costa Rica~ It was the best thing I did in my life....game changer. If you are going to do it, make sure you do it in a safe container with shamans that know what they are doing. Rythmia is a safe container. #Rythmia.
Please be careful with the cica creams they're often too heavy for the skin and exacerbate PD. My skin got worse with it and I had to go to the dermatologist for a topical antibiotic, hoping it'll help me because this is the worse I've ever had it and it sucks.
Hey, moving to the Denver area, can you recommend an FMD or any other services in the area. I totally get being frustrated I went through the works trying to figure out hormone issues with zero help! Our medical system is absolutely broken! Women being dismissed by medical professionals is a huge problem!
Correction: waist/hip ratio should be lower then 0.85(for women) according to WHO (see en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Waist-hip_ratio). It is surely not less then 1%. Maybe you meant to say A/G should be lower then 1.0.
Juli, Were you suffering with high blood pressure before taking that medication? I know that medications for high blood pressure are to lower the blood pressure, so if you're not suffering from high blood pressure, it'll get too low, and cause you to collapse! Thank you.
