Hi. Great stuff! I should start to do HUI config for my Yamaha DM2000 and see if I can get it all working with REAPER, but I'm not yet sure what plugin I should use. DrivenByMoss is just one of multiple different plugins available that try and improve the control support for REAPER, but since the DM2000 has complete support (everything from jog-wheel to track arming to markers and metering and everything imaginable!) I wouldn't want to start out with one and find out later that it can't do what I want to do... And yes, only HUI because Yamaha has always been like that... :D How complete DrivenByMoss's HUI support is? I'm not against using HUI<->CMU converters or something similar in between if necessary...
HUI support is pretty good, just did an update for it due to the Yamaha nonsense. It is in this video: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-9vweVhauIrs.html where I complain about it as well ;-)
No, it is still there but the button got removed. To access it either open the Commander (Ctrl + Return) and type "console" or assign a keyboard command to it (my preferred way).
Is there a way with Reaper to change the amount that the cursor moves when turning the main jogwheel on the Kontrol Mk3? Right now the cursor is moving a whole bar per notch. I'm on Windows 10 running Reaper 6.83.

@@mossgraber Ich habe das Problem gefunden. Ich hatte Komplete Kontrol in einem Chain-Device Preset, in dem nach dem VST noch weitere Plugins angereiht waren. Dadurch werden scheinbar die beiden Funktionen "Browser & Plug-In" deaktiviert.
@@mossgraber I don't really care about the form factor. I'm mainly just looking for a good quality 4x4 pad controller. I would like sensitive pads, but I don't need the most dynamic pads or anything.
I saw that you changed the Macie mapping for the master fader meter. how id you do this? I can get mine to work. I was able to map the master fader using the master/assign function but the meter still doesn’t work. Thanks
Hi Jürgen, THANK you so much for your work. Is there a way to save the mode(s) permanently? I would like to always have the knobs set to "Device" mode, and the pads to "Drum" mode. Either with the Bitwig project template, or on the Launchkey Mini itself. Right now, when I disconnect and reconnect the Launchkey, the modes go back to "Session" and "Volume"..
Hello I was trying the ALT Clip launch feature, and it needs the SHIFT button on the MIDI controller to be triggered. At page 105 on your manual it says that the "Capture MIDI" button is the SHIFT button on your script, but I can't make it work, I mean pressing that button does not appear to work as the SHIFT button at least for this particular feature. Any help? Thanks.
Hello, settings are correct, ALT Launch works well when I press The "Alt" key of my keyboard. But "capture midi" on the Launchpad X doesn't allow me to execute the ALT Launch, it just enables, as expected, the Shift Menu listed on page 109 of your manual.
That would be great, but it doesn't work for me. I have a macOS Monterey 12.7.6 and I've tried giving the commands on terminal as per the manual, but the computer still refuses to run the software... it tells me it's not supported.
I'm having a hard time configuring Driven by Moss with xtouch and 2 extenders. I can't seem to get the tracks to go left to right with all 24 faders. Multiple configured attempts in different orders. Any suggestions?
The MIDI ports top to bottom are your controllers from left to right. Which means that the left most extender ist the first MIDI port, then the 2nd exctender and finally the main device. Also make sure to select the Extemder field correctly (they are below the hardware settings). Select "Mackie Extender" for both extenders and then "Main".

If you don’t have the money. Just install the Microwave 2 emulator (Xenia) from “The usual suspects”. Of course it uses quite some CPU because it emulates the CPU of the Microwave 2. Still in Beta
I'm a bit interested in this midi controller. Can you try to explain how the rotating encoders feels like? Are they very typical encoder feelings which I find hopeless in giving a good feeling or are they somewhat near to a traditional potentiometer feeling? Looking at your video when you rotate the encoders they seem to respond very nice.

Hi. I am completely blind, and I'm having a lot of trouble using your converter. It seems to be inaccessible with my screen reader. I am interested in converting some Kontakt libraries to sfz and sf2. However, I cannot do this. The last version I tried is version 8. I know there have been a lot of versions since then, but I thought I'd let you know this before tryinv version 10. Thank you for making this project.
Thanks for bringing this to my attention! I thought that this would work out of the box but it seems I need to add some things to support screen readers. Shouldn't be too hard. Are you on KVR? See the link on the ConvertWithMoss download page. I could send you a test version there.
I did some tests with Windows 11 Narrator and it seems to work in general. Is it not working at all with your screen reader? If this is the case, I am afraid I cannot do anything about it. Nevertheless, I noticed that some shortcuts need to be fixed and some tooltips are missing.
With 24.1 and Bitwig 5.2.1 my maschine Jam got the failure message "Trying to send invalid MIDI Sysex byte:0xFF at byte index 16" Seems to be the 8x8 frame of the Maschine Jam in bitwig If i use more than 8 tracks, than this message appears. What can i do?
I cannot reproduce that. Can you please give some more info? What is exactly in your project? Which mode is active? When does it happen? Can you give some steps to reproduce?
