Mayor jenson and all the investors for real estate and retail needs to leave. Noblesville has been ruined by them. All they care about is making money. Noblesville used to be a great place to live but they have built too many apartments and houses.
I'm a Bi-racial man B/W , who lived in Noblesville from 1998 until 2017. We moved down to Florida at end of 2017 and moved back in 2019. And we found a place in Westfield , just down the street from Noblesville. At first it took me a little bit to get used to Noblesville coming from the Westside of Indy.. But once we settled in, I loved it. My wife was raised in Elwood and Noblesville , so she was used to it. I found a good job , then Noblesville started to grow with more Shops and Retail stores and Restaurants. After that , we had no reason to leave out of town for anything.. 19 years living in that town and I never had one problem. I met great people who are still friends today.. So this lady is talking nonsense. If she was having any problems then maybe it was because of her attitude. And if she's like she is in this video, then I can understand why.. I mean your going to have issues anywhere you go. It's how you deal with them that makes the difference. Anyone thinking about moving to Noblesville then come on out.. I promise you are going to love it.. It's a little bit Country and a little bit City. But there something for everyone.. Never mind what this lady is saying... 👍

We purchased a home in Noblesville. I feel like I need to defend this place (okay, you'd say YOU COVERED THE PROS TOO, yeah sure)... Too far from where? Indianapolis? Have you been to L.A? Have you experienced the heavy traffic? I think this is very subjective. No nightlife? That's fine! That means it's SAFER. NO OR LESS DRUNK DRIVERS. No diversity? I am ASIAN. Probably more asian than you are. But I guess it just depends on your perspective. What if that person whom you heard was really curious as to which part of asia you came from. Asians do not look the same. Why not educate them? As long as they are not mean or harming you or harassing you, I think it's fine. Noblesville is family oriented, quiet and beautiful.
I did cover quite a few good things about Noblesville in another video and mentioned it in this video a couple of times - in the beginning and at the very end. Additionally, all the information I provided here are based on statistics I pulled on Noblesville, including the lack of diversity. The only thing that is relative, and you are right, is my statement that it feels far. This was my personal experience, since I travelled a lot when I used to live there. So going to the airport was a nightmare specially during the winter. And no, there was no confusion as to what they meant when I heard them say what "is she?" Now, again, this was my personal experience and it was several years ago when I used to live there. I have no doubt it is a safe and lovely place, which again I covered extensively on the pros of living in Noblesville. Anyway, peace you all. I shared both sides - pros and cons - but unfortunately, somehow, you only saw the cons. 😇(And I did live in LA - that's more traffic than distance)

Hi, Cara. Thank you for your wonderful videos. My wife and I are curious about West Clay and Stonegate in Zionsville. We are planning a move out of Illinois and currently live in a similar planned community; we have to be on the west side to get back to Illinois frequently. You did a video a couple months ago with west side neighborhoods (Windmere, etc) but not one yet of West Clay or Stonegate. Do you like those neighborhoods? Stonegate seems super close to the interstates, but we are wondering if Whitestown and west Zionsville are sort of "truck stop" pass-throughs compared to actually being in Carmel. Hi! Village of West Clay and Stonegate are both excellent neighborhoods. I, in fact, have done a driving tour of West Clay. Unfortunately, I lost my original RU-vid channel when I switched brokerages. I recreated it a few months ago with whatever videos I was able to salvage.
