Hello I did exactly like you show in this tutorial, but when I log in and type any wp command, I get this massage: -bash: wp: command not found When I type ls -1 command, it is ok, when I type, cd public_html command, I enter in public html directorium, but when I type any wp command, it's not working. Your assistant will be more than appreciated.
Thank you, very useful. I was trying to make it run in a XAMM installation with PHP v7.something without successs. The command: 'php --v' was given an error message: 'PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library oci8_12c', then I switched to a fresh version of XAMPP (PHP v8.0.1) then everything start to work fine!
Hi There, This is only for Local computer and local network. To make it accessible to all Internet, you will have buy a domain and server to host the site.
Hey akmark, This error comes when you have not added your php path in environment variables of your system. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-RZp66qpUM_o.html
Yes, it will only work in our local computer. it's only for development purpose. If you want to make it online, you will need to host the website on servers like aws, digital ocean or Google clouds etc.
Windows 10 user here. There were a few hiccups along the way, but I got there in the end thanks to this video. It wouldn't work for me unless I used backslashes in the .bat file like this: php "c:\wp-cli\wp-cli.phar" %* Then it all worked. Thanks for this video, and for not begging us to "Like" and "Hit the bell icon".
Right it is :) Above video doesn't claim the same. That's why I provided you the specific video. btw that guy is my good friend, make sure to subscribe to him too. Happy coding ;)
Hi Alex, You can copy php.ini from anywhere from the internet and paste it in your php ini file. You can do this because php ini file does not consist any absolute path to anything.
i use apache but i don't mess around with the settings and it makes everything work fine but if you mess around with them without knowing what your doing well your on your own because the green light which usually appear when apache and mysql is on might not work
