Him learning how to use Sage Mode was one of my favorite parts by far. Just awesome. These Qigong practices are very similar. The whole concept of Naruto burning himself out and exhausting himself by using his own chi instead of the chi from the earth...I recommend you think about that while considering these practices. When you start feeling like you're spinning out and losing focus, it's because you're getting lost in the external world. Attachments to other people and everything else inbetween. Find your center and then devote time *every single day* to building your connection to your center. Focus on building yourself up on the inside, and the outside will follow.
This is the type of theme that literally starts playing in your head when you have 15 minutes left of a workout but then you completely in underway exhausted then this theme kicks in entryways you can push through to the end
