Since the 2 of you here in the comments both have the sb6121, maybe it is a modem problem that needs recalled. I have the sb6141 and am hoping that I have no problems

Glad you got it resolved. I just upgraded Service to Blast and even with a Netgear WNR2000v3 I get the higher speeds for a day or so. I run a speed test and see it drop back to pre-upgrade speeds. I power cycle the SB6121 modem, retest and all is well....for a day or so. Then it's back to pre-upgrade speeds, power cycle, retest back to higher speeds. Lather, rinse, repeat. I haven't called Comcast since it's almost easier to simply reboot modem but will eventually call Comcast.
UPDATE: Turns out the problems was with my router (Netgear ). When I disconnected the router and connected compter directly to the router I started getting download speeds in the 50 to 80 mpbs range. Now I guess I have to figure out how to configure my router.
On the plastic motor cover, when you face the unit, there are 3 screws up front and 2 on the sides(one left ,one right) once removed, the plastic cover is easy to remove. My clunking sound was simply solved by realigning the plastic covers on the left side, right side when facing the unit( like lego blocks) and putting back the screws carefully so it stays in place. Hope this helps.
Yes, it in the front (under the NordiTrack symbol in the video). The C900 comes with a 1 year factory warranty and they will come out and fix it for free. Mine is still working fine since the repair. The tech recommended using a slight incline as it relieves some of the impact on the base when your running.
yes, the cover piece was removed. I did not do it but I watched the technician do the repair. As I recall there were several screws on the bottom and then it snapped apart. Mine was under warranty so the repair was done for free. Hope this helps
Did you have to remove the piece that's covering the motor? I have a problem, and so far I've not been able to even get to the motor. I'm afraid to force that piece off for fear that it will break.
UPDATE: This was 1 screw that had fallen out of the circuit card in the front center of the unit. Still under warrant, repair made and no more click click click
