@@esther_evermore4846 Hi Esther, I will check my settings. yes fenugreek water,fresh strain aloe Vera gel sometime rosemary n mint, cold press castor oil. That’s it. I keep my hair in mini braids. Moisturizing every 3 days. Yes I have seen more health.thickness n longer hair I only finger detangle my hair,n finger comb my natural hair. I also only use Ayurvedic ingredients on my scalp/hair. Black soap shampoo, Shikakai name Amla brahmi,etc as my prepoo treatment. Once every 1-2 months mostly 2 months 😊.
I am on a 1 year length retention journey. However I cleanse my hair once a month sometimes Every 2 months. I moisturize every 3 days with aloe vera gel,fenugreek water n a creamy moisturizer. I put my hair up in a loose bun. That’s it. I refresh my braids every month but will start refreshing my braids every 3 months. Very low manipulation is what helps me to retain healthy thicker fuller longer hair. I love you hair practices. Your hair is beautiful 💚💚💚

It is on my page, in that video I show you the amount of length I gained after 4 months. Before going on the 4 months mini braids challenge my hair was at bra strap length. After the 4 months, my hair was past bra strap length. Please watch that video until the end
I feel like I found my hair twin 😍im on my natural hair journey and I’ve been using less heat , less tension and just letting it breathe . I’ve also been using the mielle and my hair has just took off . My edges darn near are on my forehead . I will be using your homemade hair butter as well ☺️

I plan on leaving my hair in mini braids all year, keepin them in at 3-4 month intervals. So basically take them down every 3 months and reinstall. My hair has been at shoulder length for years now, I’ve been natural for 7 yrs (this year will be 8) My plan is to leave them in mini braids while maintaining them way better, taking them down PROPERLY, praying for God to give me patience with my hair (I give Glory to God for my hair and do not want to idolize my hair in any way but instead be a better stewardess of His blessing and take better care of it) and just overall do a much better job of taking care of my hair and grow it past my shoulders! My goal is to have either armpit length of maybe even bra strap length hair by the end of the year! God bless you girl!
I took down my 3 month old mini braids two days ago and I wish I had watched this beforehand. Definitely didn’t let the product sit, about to wash and reinstall my mini braids for 4 months and I will be doing this when it’s time to take them down Lord willing! Your hair is beautiful!
