VMP is one of the biggest brands for s550 PD superchargers, it is its own thing. They’re designed to have a whine from factory. Whipple is another brand of PD blowers, but their units are now quiet because of their efficiency. Either way they’re nice. Definitely look into upgrading your oil pump gears and crank sprockets in the future though, it’s the most common engine failure for supercharged coyotes.

You can get them for a lot less just look around and make sure to what options you want. If you plan on making upgrades some options aren’t needed. I payed 50k for my premium non pp GT
I doubt it’ll give out as many cars have been out and none broken to this day. As to the temps we can buy an oil cooler from MMR for $500 or go OEM and pay $1800+ 🤷🏻♂️. Either way there’s options so not the end of the world, but ford definitely should’ve had it good from factory.

I’ve never been pulled over since owning the car surprisingly. Mind you I have 5% tint all around and I have catless headers. You’ll be good as long as you don’t drive like an idiot.
