i see your using 4 buckets of sand but thats a 3-1 ratio. 3 bags of 50lb sand = 2 buckets. The ideal ratio is 8 bags of sand and 1 cement. Can this mixer do one batch of that?
The motor shaft that enters the reducer is helical. This toy cannot do more than 3000-4000 square meters of plaster because the pinions of the electric motor shaft wear out. I have bought 2 motor reducers so far. It is not an industrial machine and has very expensive costs. A gearmotor costs 2000 euros and does not last. I modified it, I installed a 2.2 kw industrial gear motor that I hope will last 100,000 square meters without interventions
The only real maintenance is the rotor and stator which needs periodic adjustment depending on the amount of usage, similar to rotating your tires. The only other thing is to keep the nozzle clean. Wash down the machine after every use and you should see many, many, many, years of use.
I had one of these, but it was hard to handle, especially when grinding with water, the machine would not track straight. I ended up making a swingarm attachment so the gearbox was always flat. It was worlds better. Klindex should do this to this machine.

Il materiale utilizzato è molto basso contenuto di cemento. Abbiamo messo cemento dritto per lubrificare il tubo prima della malta. Altrimenti, il tubo si bloccherebbe.@@initsuig83

Rahul Bhanja I don’t remember the exact details of this video but the pump can do a 3:1 sand :cement ratio. With the standard 2L6 rotor stator you can pump, up to 1/4” aggregate but not more than 30 to 40%. With he IM25L stator you can pump 3/8” 30 to 40%. I don’t remember how much fiber was used. It wasn’t measured in the video.
This is a test to determine the viability of the Koine 4 to pump CTS Rapid Set Tru PC. We only had 3 bags for testing and the pump gobbles up a 60 lb bag every 15 seconds. The next step is to use the setup and pour a half inch of Tru PC on the floor and see if the aggregate is properly dispersed, the water content is stable and the mixing time is sufficient, free from clumps. The water content was a bit high in this test and was set to 1200 Liters Per Hour. 3 bags wasn't enough to be able to play with the water content. We only used 1 length of 35mm hose X 33'. Adding more hose would most likely affect the final spread test of the product.
Nice to see the tilting head in action, was searching for a tile saw that can do this to cut 22.5 miters in some stacked stone veneer. Local tool rental carries this saw.
