On husband’s and my Top 100 GOATS. I love Ray Winstone and his voice (“I! AM! BEOWULF!”) The very last scene-Ben Kingsley’s “Eh” at some hellish nightmare sight, was my last LOL.
Fifteen years ago, I met a bloke here in France who acted just like Kingsley here. He was terrifying... A bloke with a past. He took a shine to me because I stood up for myself. A couple of years later my world fell apart, NOBODY helped... everybody closed the shutters as I was clearly going to be too much hard-work from now on! (Crying and all). But one bloke (Richard) turned up, he barged his way into my house and placed a carrier-bag on the kitchen table and said: "That bag is full of money, I am going to turn my back and you are going to take as much as you need and we are going to have a problem if you don't!" I did exactly that. Six months later I paid him back. He returned a day later with milk, flour and eggs. He said "Sit down, relax, I am going to make us 24 Yorkshire Puddings and we are going to eat them ALL... 12 EACH!" He had obviously counted the money I had returned and finding it correct, my trust was won and we remain friends. EVERYONE else is terrified of him but I would trust this guy with my life. You know that saying about ‘whores and thieves’? Well Richard isn’t a thief, just a man who only knows black and white, ONLY right and wrong and it has cost him! And I will take that company over the company of grey smiling assassin's any day of the week. Peace 🌞🇬🇧

What I love about Total Recall is that you are never quite sure if what is happening to Arnold is really because he was a plant or if it is the ego trip Rekall sold him. Everything he was promised in the ego trip happened.
I love that it's basically just Conan the Barbarian and Terminator thrown into a blender. If the main theme formula for an Arnold movie ain't broke, don't try to fix it.
The soundtrack (sort of), Title sequence, and some creature effects all remind me of Invaders from Mars (1986), like to crew wrapped on that, and took all they learnt to make a better version on the other planet (this film).
Wow great work everyone was Stephen King there while shooting this movie? The actors & actresses were awesome especially the friends & duddits bless him I felt for him more I was bullied to as a child Jonesy playing Mr Grey and his character couldn't of been easy to do, & the memory warehouse was brilliant it been circular was a great idea im glad they used practical effects & it not been all cgi I'd like to know which practical effect company designed the Alien it was cleverly created & frightening to when Rick arrives at the cabin you know something isn't right all the burps & farts were comedy gold the actor who plays beaver made me laugh when Rick stunk the cabin out with his farts & he needed fresh air that was funny & when Jonesy drew on paper all the farts coming out of Rick Thanks to everyone for creating a brilliant scary Alien film.
Ben Kingsley stole the film with his memorial performance, and the character will be remembered more than the plot and other characters top acting skill by a man who usually play calm quiet nice types I who love to see him in a good all british gangster film to see more of where this character came from before sexy beast .
