So what happened to Nichols after the SCOTUS decision? I read someplace that the state of Kansas prosecuted him for failing to register and violating probation. Does anyone know this is true or not? What I found interesting that in spite of a simple reading of SORNA that the Federal govt still went to all of the trouble of extraditing him. Strange case.
Someone who hated me used lies,fraufulent information and hack technology to create conflicts and created problems to my old employers' business operations, and made my old employers think I was a threaten to them. The stalking happened in my hometown in other country and in US, those gangstalkers are linked internationally. They set up bugs in my kitchen, bathroom and bedroom, use thermal detector to see me through walls so they can attack me easily. A stranger told me that the gangstalkers could even enter in a stalking victim's attic, basement and underground tunnel to use direct energy weapon to attack victims, to make victims look crazy while damage the victims health. I have been attack on my head, teeth, lower back and knees. My back head and lower back were attacked again last night. Last winter, those nasty fly monkeys entered into my car and put some nasty thing in my coffee when I went to store to do some shopping. So many innocent people are under the gangstalking attacks. I was arrested at the end of April, charged with my wifes gun that was legally in the glovebox unloaded with her present telling them she owns it and even had the proof ..i was charged with felon in possession of a firearm..the police report said that my wife said it was hers so thats why the judge let me out on lre trial release..we dont live in illinois so it was perfectly legal for it to be where it was seeing how thats illinois law specifically for ppl traveling through the state..the cop was mad i didnt have drugs..his last resort was to arrest me for something legal i guess but the man just said ppl woth my charge cant be released so that tells me the judge can see there was faul play..i just dont see why if that was enough to release me why not enough to dismiss the charge
These Administrative agencies uses bully tactics and ignore people's rights and disregards procedure and usually take advantage of people who don't know procedure and if they do know procedure and notices they violated procedures then you appeal in those agencies you wii never see or have a trial by Jury and that is a violation of due process and the seventh amendment to be denied a trial by your peers. As Gorsuch said the seventh amendment attached to civil cases for monetary or civil penalties!
The FBI and and CIA and NSA are all working together to take out political opponents. They have been harassing me for the last five years nonstop, breaking into my home, breaking into my cars, breaking into my cameras. My computer is my phones. For the first year, every single time I stepped outside my door, one of the three neighbors that they planted in the apartments around me with step outside their door at the same exact time. They were clearly listening to mine and my minor daughters conversations in our condo and knew exactly when I was leaving and where I was going, they would have plants at the store waiting for me there, they have destroyed my life over the last five years. I have no criminal background and they have also destroyed mine in my daughters eyesight. The government is trying to murder Americans one at a time with their sick little games. They infiltrated my work and harassed me to death at work, costing me two jobs. They tried to cause a car accident on I 405 in Kirkland Washington at 2 AM in the morning they love those dog walkers. This is pure harassment and murder. If you are asked to get involved with harming your neighbor, you are probably being lied to about their situation, they are telling you that your neighbor is a criminal when they are not. You are selling your soul if you get involved with these people and also my attackers and harassers I have seen them go down at the same time as they were taking me down, but they didn’t realize that their lives were being destroyed right along with mine, I saw the red flag of their lives being destroyed because I had already been through it.

The prosecutor failed to prosecute the perpetrators responsible for illegally assaulting me. I have no confidence to believe that the prosecutor has an interest in seeking justice for the victims of crime.
photo ID is required to start a bank pay some bills get a place to rent to get a loan even a payday loan which mostly used by low income people I know I live in San Bernardino so IDs being required isn't a barrier ? Even homeless people walking down the street have IDs like 60 % of the time , in California if you make less then $11,600 a year or get any government assistance you can get a ID for free again low income and it's not a barrier lol I'm a bernie bro far left and ID to vote doesn't seem like much for the right to ask for tbh in my opinion at least

If it is ambiguous doesn't Violate APA anyways? Not like the federal agencies are actually going to use this to help people. Statistically maybe 10 out of 100. The rest will be put in their pocket for later use as needed for publicity or to satisfy some sort of agenda. To resolve equal access issue just make an algorithm that will give you the goal and spread it out accordingly with percentage not using the biases today but using statistical use value goal which is going to be equal I just use total population as spread out accordingly with percentage ratios. If equal access is advantageous to all, which it is, race and any other socioeconomic classes should not be used at all because in doing so you are making it bias.
