I'd really like to get the goal 26 but I'm hesitant bc I require an electric assist kit ( I use bafang)and I've never ridden a recumbent before. Can an electric assist kit hub or -pedal assit be mounted on this?
This is my second Amazon kids tablet purchase. ru-vid.comUgkxAPUD3wGXVz7iwFny2pBBqGomYxe_7J6U I bought my son his first when he was one and now that he is almost three we just upgraded to this version a couple of months ago. I love that you can control the age content, block certain apps and videos, and free storage space with apps that haven’t been used in a while. This tablet has assisted my son’s learning in so many ways. We love it!
How about a video riding in and around town want to go recumbent fwd but haven’t seen anyone riding around town getting groceries or just errands and put on the front of city buses
Thanks I’ve got a bunch of two wheeled Bents the trail is my first real tadpole. I had an older steel trike however it was a pain getting it in and out of my apartment. Little heads up for anyone looking for shock absorption. You can take a dense foam yoga mat folded a couple of times sit on it it’ll act like a Rans recumbent seat and absorb vibration and bumps
I have a early Performer X with the 26 inch rear wheel and rear suspension. Looking for the fenders for this trike. Also need the replacement steering joints on the tie rod. Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you SO MUCH for this video! I bought an "unfinished recumbent bike" off ebay for $200 and had no idea how it worked. I had a hunch...but it didn't make sense to me because it appeared that the steering was on the front, along with the drive! I had no idea how it would work but the "moving idler" made more sense as it turned with the wheel. Thank you!!!
Thank you so much for wonderful information. I'm interested in Road Catrike. I'm from Bangalore, if I ever come to US, I don't mind coming to ur store. U have lots of choice to choose.

I have two Cruzbikes, a T50 and a QX100, both modified. Did have a DeFelice back in the 80's but did not keep it. Haven't tried fixed boom bikes lately, but local shop has a Bachetta Giro for sale. Going to add electric drive to the T50. Like the idea of folding stem, though not sure if I can make that work on Cruzbikes due to forces on handlebars.
Rob Gentry oh gosh, thank you! I just got a really nice JC-70 the other day; barely used for $1200. I don’t like the seat that’s on it. It’s very hard on my bad back and leg. And the guy cut the straps off the petals, which is scary because I’ve got a bad leg that keeps slipping off that pedal and now I’m scared to death if it were to hit the ground because that could be really tragic on my new knee. I’ve already bought flags, helmet, Red flashing light for the back, headlight for the front, Tire pump that will fit in the bag on the back of the bike. It’s gonna take me a long time (if I ever am able) to purchase the seat, petals, and canopy. I’m a single person on disability and I only bring in $803 a month and $600 of that goes to rent. So that’s gonna be pretty much impossible for me to accomplish what’s needed for the bike. Either way, it’s good to know that that seat would fit on my bike in case it ever does happen. I’ve got a friend that has one of these bikes and he said that that seat would not fit on mine, so I thought I’d ask you. I was quite blessed because my kids bought the bike for me and they also ordered the helping handles (I think they’re called) because I have a really hard time getting on and off of the bike because I have a leg that does not bend very well at all & doesn’t straighten very far because it’s atrophied really bad from waiting too long to have my knee replaced, so those bars are going to be quite helpful when they do come. This bike may be his exact thing that I need if I’m ever going to have a chance to get my leg back to normal again. Dr. say it’ll never happen, but I think with the help of riding this bike that I have a chance anyway. Thank you so much Rob for getting back to me so quickly! God bless!
i love trike even $3000 mean a year 3x good meal a day for me, i probably never own one but man can dream, i hope and pray you subscribers reach 1 million so maybe poor guy like me can take part in giveaway free trike, but i live in Indonesia, tax and import cost sky rocket but like i say "man can dream", right? lol
I can't see a thing and there are too many "between here and there" with out identifying what the "here" is and what the "there" is. Further, I am not being told what the goal is. Is it to make the wheels square with each other, or should there be some amount of toe in? Thank you for trying to help us out but I don't find any value in your video. I actually bought an alignment tool, I set the toe in to about a 2mm gap at the rear of the wheel but the tire is wearing unevenly on the inside of the center track. I'm guessing that I need more toe in, but I am not sure.
Hello. Go for parallel, and if you are going to be off, error on the side of toe-in. The goal is to have the toe-in 1/8"-1/4" front of the wheels "toed-in" with the rider's weight in the seat. This was an improv "tool" but we have since stopped including it with Performer trike orders. Originally I had folks make their own with curtain rods. :) If you have a 2mm toe-in and still wearing out the tire from scrubbing, yeah, try a bit more.
