Good luck with the resale value. Also just realized one big thing about epoxy and light, it yellows!!!!!! That white is going to be stained yellow in a matter of months if it is in any sort of direct sun. Typically that is why it is used for garages, because the yellowing isn’t as noticeable.

If you do this, you cannot put hot plates or pans on your counters like you could with the granite without destroying your marble look

The problem with this is with granite you can put hot pans on the counter and with this, you can’t do that without messing it up
