Hi Only one of the three holes in my 3 way pilot lights up (where the spark /igniter is ). I checked the pilot and all clear , nothing is blocking. Do you know why,?
Thank you! My oven broiler wouldn't stay lit no matter how long I held the gas knob pushed in. I feared I had to have the thermocouple replaced. Just used sandpaper on the tip and the oven works fine! It wasn't working for over a year. I feel so dumb but hey I didn't know. Thanks again!

The power slide doesn't slide smoothly and can be operated by hand only. Most chefs have both their hands full and use their knee to control the fire. This slide is not suitable for professional chefs. Design needs to be improved.
True. Or they use they feet to control a lever for heat. But it seems you cant really take of the wok anyways, due to the generator not being shielded against water etc. So one hand is proba ly always free

My 19 year Heat-n-glo has a standing pilot system with a strong pilot light. It started working intermittently. I replaced both thermopile & thermocouple. I turned it on every day for a week & now nothing. Any suggestions?
Halo Kak. Kami informasikan jika yang sering mati adalah api standby, mohon diperiksa kembali pilot burner & thermocouple nya. Kemungkinan thermocouple nya kotor, kendur, atau tidak bisa menghasilkan Voltage. Solusinya bisa di bersihkan, dikencangkan atau mengecek menggunakan Voltmeter. Jika thermocouple rusak, mohon untuk diganti partnya. Jika yang sering mati adalah api besarnya, mohon diperiksa gas valve nya. Atau ada kemungkinan kebutuhan gas yang dibutuhkan tidak sesuai dengan kapasitas. Semoga membantu 🙏
Halo Kak. Alarm 01 adalah Timeout Water Boiler, indikasinya tidak ada air yang masuk dalam waktu 15 menit. Untuk troubleshooting nya mohon di periksa kembali tekanan airnya & periksa kembali solenoid valve nya terbuka atau tidak. Semoga membantu 🙏
Nonsense. Gas pressure only affects flame size. Impurities in the gas and air-fuel ratio affect the color of the flame. Red means that it undergoes incomplete combustion and blue means it undergoes complete combustion.

@@NayatiAfterSalesService Which is exactly what I'm talking about -you're adjusting the air-fuel ratio. When the gas pressure and nozzle diameter are within the optimal range, they have no bearing on the combustion reaction - only the air-fuel ratio does.
