I think the real issue is performance wise...this 's phone performance it's really bad...it's slow in general...and it can't handle internet pc well or even if it's connected to wifi it's really slow and really laggy

it's too bad and laggy I own Redmi note 9 pro it's far more better small size screen high price with another alternative for lower price SD720G far more better than exynos whatever battery drain quickly from first week usage required special Samsung protective film for fingerprint scanner to work apply a clear glass screen protector required erase fingerprint and re enter it and no privacy screen protector can be used for settings menu very distracting I always search for what I want display suffer a discoloring when viewing from different angel one blueish other yellowish no net speed indicator no am/pm indicator charging at 10 watts with a 33 watt PD certified charger required it's own not included Samsung charger to fast charge at 25 watt very slippery not comfort hold due to curvy edges back glass with a transparent cover make it like a liquid on back between them no ir no 3.5 port 😏 updating Samsung bloat ware require Samsung account no dex mode no second space
The phone at the back it can open , its designed like that.... just above the Battery at the back of the phone after opening it at the back...you'll see 2 sim card slots labeled sim 1 slot and sim 2 slot...hope this information helped you
