Great video thank you! My site is only allowing me to add 5 videos. My 6th one is there on the back end but when I go onto my website and try to view it is only showing the 1st 5 videos. Is this normal? Thank you!

Thanks.. but whoa... Landing page, Smart Campaign, Template, Google Drive.. I just want to attach to an email within KV Core some specific docs for the Lead ALREADY in my CRM. Bottom line ... can not do it as typically done in any other email system. You have to save the docs to be attached in a cloud system such as Google docs and link to it. You probably could have said that in the first minute. I still gave your video a thumbs up because there is a LOT of other good stuff presented. Thanks again.
I agree, this is one area where KVcore definitely needs to make further improvements. That's why I created this video in the first place, I had to figure it out myself. Not an easy process, but it's also not too bad once you get the hang of it. You could also just put the document's info into the e-mail, instead of attaching it. . . I suspect that's how KV core would tell you to do it.
Totally agreed with you! I am actually looking for a way to upload docs in KvCore and watch the all video. I am wondering why they dont have an option just to attached it and make it simply as regular emails 🤷♀️

We bought a lot in Tarpon Springs and hope to have a house built soon. It's located in a VE Zone (EL 17 ft)...what does that mean? And what can we do to lower insurance to make sure house is built properly? Thx.
Congratulations! VE is the "Velocity Zone" that carries the highest flood risk from storm surge. 17ft elevation is pretty good so that should help, as it should be above the Base Flood Elevation. The best advice I can give on this is to take your Elevation Certificate and speak with your insurance agent and builder to come up with the best option.
I wouldn't say it's in decline at all. Home prices have been consistently increasing, and PH has two of the top High Schools in the county. With the exception of earlier this year during the "lockdowns" I have not noticed any traffic decrease on US 19. In the 13 years I've been here traffic has seemed to steadily increase. Just curious where are you seeing the data showing the decline?
@@khaleefax9553 I've never really tracked this data, so I just looked it up out of curiosity. Only has data from 2015-2019. tdaappsprod.dot.state.fl.us/fto/ This info is showing a slight decrease in Avg Daily Traffic from '18 to '19, but overall the numbers are still up a lot from 2015. That lines up with my experience. The area has been continuing to grow since I moved here in 2007.

Most properties aren't too bad, but this is why it's so important to consider the flood zone. Sometimes the Flood Premiums can be pretty high. Was that property in a V, or VE zone then?
@@tommykukulka7811 You can just skip insurance, if you can pay off the home outright. You just gotta hope that a category five hurricane doesn’t visit your town for the rest of your life, and then you will be fine!

It can be a bit warm in the Summer, but for me it beats the heck out of the Grey and dreary Winters I grew up in up North. The T-storms are pretty amazing, but my puppies don't like them very much.
@@ShayneVorisRealtor exactly that’s what I’m dealing with now in Indiana the dreary days is not for me or the family we like to be out doors talking walks going to parks enjoying the sun looking for a maintenance technician job or supervisor job there as we speak been in the industry 15 years epa certified universal went to trade school in 2005 graduated in 2007 been at my current job almost 9 years I am loyal and can bring my work ethic to the sunshine state
