Hi, My name is Serg Lupescu. I’m a entrepreneur/business owner. My main goal for this channel is to talk about the things I’m passionate about, and helping others through the things I’m passionate about. God, gym, and business have been the three consistent things in my life so that’s what I want to be able to express on this channel. God is my provider so therefore anything and everything I do I make sure to pray about it before acting on it. The gym is something that has helped me personally stay consistent in all I do, and has also been my stress reliever when things got hard. It’s also helped me make progress physically that I can actually see the results of. Its something that I can also continue getting better at as well. Business is something I enjoy doing because it’s something that I can build for myself. Being able to see the small successes along the way is something that brings a lot of fulfillment.

Hi, I bought a facility in 2021 that is licensed for 8, and I have the space for two extra residents. I want to redo the zoning for 10. I was told I needed a commercial kitchen. What do I need to convert my kitchen into a commercial kitchen? Thank you

You never mentioned RCFE Administration. I don't know about the rest of the U.S but in CA you must either be a certified administrator yourself or hire one in order to open a facility.

@@serg_lupescu 6 bedroom for 12 bed correct. How would you charge per bed for shared beds? what if the clients in the area prefer private beds how would you charge them? because I saw a video explaining how a facility purchased an 8 bedroom for a total of 16 beds but couldn't sell it for shared rooms so they had to make them private.

Anyone meeting that requirement can get their manager certification. There are no requirements to come out and visit the facilities. These videos are very much appreciated, and I'm learning a ton about RALs from you Serg. May I ask, besides your first home, are you still accepting clients with higher-level nursing needs at all your facilities? I ask because I my definition of Skilled Nursing isn't the same as Assisted Living, and my goal is to run Assisted Living where I don't plan on employing staff that can do trach tubes, wound care, etc at my place.
Serg.. sorry for this type of msg but trust me I don't really have any other choice right now. I wanted to ask you.. Would you be able to help someone who's going through the toughest time of his life and desperately need some support? My mom's in critical condition (she's suffering from multiple diseases and needs open-heart surgery) There's been a few times when she felt really bad and I had to call an ambulance multiple times and just recently she had a heart attack. On top of that because of some scammers she got into a debt hole (and now they're constantly putting pressure and threatening us through phone calls and text messages) Another severe stress may be the last for her.. (I'm not exaggerating) We've been on housing queue for almost 15years. At the end of the last year she got a call and was told about we're being removed from the queue when we were about to receive keys in the end of this year or early next year. That was something she was looking forward to and excited about it for many years. It definitely affected her greatly (in a negative way).. I have so many health problems (nothing life-threatening) those are just annoying as hell (stomach issues or unbearable joint pain for example or I'll go blind in the near future if I won't have eye-surgery) I swear to God that everything I've told you is true. Unfortunately it's my harsh reality... I feel like something terrible is about to happen that's why I can't calm down. I'm nervous and anxious all the time.. If something happens to her I just won't be able to recover from that and I'll take my life afterwards. She's only 57 yrs old and I'm sure she can easily live for at least another 10-15yrs. It's just an endless mental torture. I feel like our life is moving towards disaster... It's already happening but with each passing day it's only getting worse. I'm constantly battling with obsessive suicidal thoughts but I understand is the easy way out. I don't wanna give up and I have to do whatever I can to get out of this hell. If I had any chance to handle all these problems on my own I wouldn't bother you. As usual everything comes down to a certain amount of money. I'll be grateful to you for the rest of my life if you'll help me to get out of this situation. Please if it's possible... I really need it.

Hi Serg, I saw you have 3 sets if washer and dryer, I know you have many facilities, you must tried several different brands. From your experience, which brand you recommend to buy with better quality and low maintenance. The Speed Queen is so expensive now.
