7 mins in, and I see there is still all those annoying bats and shit that come at you mid jump,.... at least it looks like you can still control your movements after being hit and are falling
This is great to watch, especially because it would be too aggravating just like the original to play, but watching it and listening to the music and seeing every single level is awesome
Damn... This brings back the memories. I couldn't never clear this game. It was hard with no save!!! This is back in the day. They don't make games as difficult as this anymore. Love this! Thanks for posting.
doing more with less would be a more meaning full nostalgia. think same templates but with increased fidelity and detail. the leap in my opinion would be an incremental growth, only decernible after the the eye has acclimatized to the collective cap in resolution of detail. so the sound department gets very interesting as they try and captivate the essence of the sounds without straying too far from the original ""feel".
Glad to see the sword spin move is still OP in this version of the game. Using that move on the demon at the end was the only way I could beat the game. Oh, and hello again eagles. I so missed how you used to make a beeline right for me at the height of my jump from a ledge to knock me into the pit at the bottom of the screen. _Every #$%@ time._
