This is a SICK one, Jack!! Love the Interior with the Cashmere color but wish it wasn't 2-tone with the black. Oh well, it'll just do mighty fine!!!👌🏼👌🏼👍🏼👍🏼🤙🏼🤙🏼
You fixed the main issue with the Twin-Traction-Beam (TTB) front suspension. Out of the factory, almost every Ford with the TTB front suspension had weak front springs and weak shock absorbers. Many of the poor handling characteristics and excessive front tire wear with the TTB suspension was due to those inadequate front springs and shocks. The 302 EFI was one of Ford's best engines. How you found such a low-mileage '85 truck is amazing--I suspect it cost a pretty penny, too.
So, I love this guy! I have owned several G-Wagens-(Europas, US Spec and a 6x6) The funny thing is that I have learned more about them and operating them by watching the videos than I ever have by being an owner-nobody knows what these are and what they're capable of! Anyway, don't stop the signal! Cheers!
For your information the king of the road is the vehicle like the 560. I'm sorry. The CL 602 door co-op would definitely be the king of the road. They're V12 Is unmatched by anything on the road.
I hate to say it but Mercedes says really really screwed up their design. These cars are much too rounded off they have absolutely no class like the 80s and 90s looking cars. The 560SEC was the most brutal looking Mercedes ever made and then they changed their designed to these rounded off. Funny looking objects these don't look like Mercedes anymore. And it's a shame. I'm not buying their car's anymore. The last car I bought might have been the greatest car they ever built and that was a 1999 CL 600 black on black. That's the best car they ever made. Along with the SE c's which were just top-notch vehicles. And they had a lot of room in them the new cars. It's like you're sitting in a cockpit. There's no room whatsoever it's horrible what they've done to these cars.
I would buy something like this if I needed a truck...long before I would buy any overly complicated, unreliable $75K 2023 pickup. And you dont need an engineer's degree to change a water pump or valve seal.
Very nice car! The rims look very good. Continue to care for the car and keep it looking great. I have a signalred 560SL imported from the US in such a condition and love it. Also I kept the US-Look that I prefer to the Euro-Look. Greetings from Germany.
