I'm going to give this the "Arvin Haddad" review. 0:05 poor lot utilization - no front yard, no side yard, medium back yard and no privacy at 0:20 with that house perched right across from your pool. Perched on a promontory with all that vegetation - as Arvin says, fires surge upwards. 0:14 No wow factor in the entrance - all you see are stairs and a landing; with tiny view to the backyard. 0:26 Architecture nothing special - very modular, looks like a Marriott. 1:13 tiny kitchen for an $89 million home but I assume that's a chef's kitchen at 1:26 that looks pretty good. Not a wine cellar at 1:22, looks like a wine display at a liquor store. Finishings look solid if bland. Small movie theater 2:40 with just 3 rows of seating. And Arvin would hate the large pivoting front door that would warp as the home's structure settles. Views aren't great 2:54, at least in this video all you see are hillsides with other houses.
What a beautiful design for a home. I wonder if it’s on a HOA community?… I really love the swimming pool. I would love to go swimming in that pool. Plus the kitchen I can see private chef’s working in there creating tasty dishes. And two master bedrooms …and he’s & her bathrooms…genius Yes…I would love this home for my retirement home…for relaxing and entertaining family and friends…strangely enough I saw myself standing in the family room looking at the window and I saw my reflection on the window in a dream.

I have just watched his previous vid about the history, and he does not mention how the name came about! The most obvious thing at the beginning. He gave the Spanish name, the said the folks came because of the WATER! No oil or gold. Then said the hotel was the beginning of getting the celebs in. Then all the rich folks bought mansions. So how did it get the name???? I am still waiting for the history .......
Clearly, no-one gives a shit. Used in the film 'The Limey'... I believe. Another glitzy 'home' (for people with too much money and too little heart) to look at and not to live in.
