Steven Magallon - I am located in Bombay, India. I think the shipping would be really expensive. Maybe show this video to a local fabrication shop and ask them to copy it for you ?

Steven Magallon - this one was used on a movie and spent a couple of months towing a Mitsubishi Pajero and an old Morris Oxford with actors and cameras on it. Worked very well for the clients. My cost of building it was about 1500 $. It is very heavy duty and maybe too expensive to ship.
