I was buying a company from a friend because he was tired of goldsmithing. He tried to sell it before but nothing. I finally spoke to him and his wife what is happening to all the jewelry equipment and that is where we spoke to each other and decided on a fixed amount of R129 000 and I took a personal loan account and 2 credit cards from ABSA. Over the past 15 months I have been breaking the law by giving my full SASSA grant to them for payment. Now I did a credit check and found out that ABSA have taken all my money and added other charges so my debt is now just over R140 000. Now what has happened to the 40 000 already paid in? over the past 15 months! I cant purchase a small second hand car that I desperatly need because ABSA have me on the BLACK LIST. Thank the Lord Jesus, I am living in my mother's house and she sends me money to pay the Rates and taxes, electresity and a little money for food.
