Hi there I’ve been trying to resolve an issue with you for the last week. You are continuing to charge my elderly aunty $340 every month for a wheelchair that wasn’t delivered to her in October 2022. Please can you be cooperative in resolving this issue. You have my number.
The worst mattress ever. They always faulty and issue are never resolved. Very disappointing to see how clients gets treated with poor quality product and service yet they happily add endless lines of items for the NDIS to be charged. 😢
Very stupid. No one with disabilities can afford this unless they have a rich uncle. You don't take health insurance. And the women standing next to it doesn't look like she needs help. These companies makes it hard for people who have serious disabilities. You guys make me sick. And get rid of that annoying music
I have been waiting for nearly THREE YEARS for my electric wheelchair from ILS and come to find out today that your staff are trying to refund it and sell it at a reduced price to someone without my authorization???? What is going on !!!??? It only needed 4 accessories in order for it to be usable why could your company after initially having the accessories I needed not look for said accessories on the web and upsell them to me? Why do you have to make it so difficult and effectively threaten me that you're getting the wheelchair that I've been needing for so long !! I've spoken to NDIS and they have confirmed that you are not allowed to sell my wheelchair on or force a refund on me when I did not approve it - ILS will now be reported to the Quality and Complaints Commission as well as the Fraud Squad. I look forward to speaking with your staff to get answers at 9am tomorrow morning.

Je suis paraplégique et j'ai un mal de chien à faire mes transferts avec ces coussins gonflables. Je suis revenu au bon vieux coussin en mousse beaucoup plus sympathique à l'usage.
I was just given this MATRESS through my NDIS and it's wonderful . We couldn't figure out how to change settings so this is wonderful explanation thank you
