I'd never heard this song before.. not bad. I'd only heard One Night in Bangkok sung by Murray Head, so this was a pleasant surprise. Man he sweats a lot, that's for sure! ahhaaaaa
everyone knows how good Morse is...and this instrumental "Musicato" is fantastic...but really to me this video shows how incredible David Ragsdale is...
It’s on the Kansas album Power. Some great songs on it-Silhouettes in Disguise, Three Pretenders. There were a few hits on the album-All I Wanted and Power.
Musicatto is a perfect musical setting of prog for symphonic and rock band. Morse and Ragsdale split the universe wide open. The music score is so well written. Kansas. Gotta love em'
David Ragsdale and Steve Morse play amazing together on this DVD. They actually toured together until Steve left Kansas. They should do CD of kick ass Prog. Ragsdale plays the single most rocking violin in the universe. I think Steve Morse might be able to keep up with Ragsdale. Perfectly matched. Love this song. Kansas is a powerhouse.
yes;well i'm somewhat confused some of these posting make me wonder ever album had what they could release but it's not your favorite ?won't it be nice to have that power to just allow only? i well i'm in the kansas(you know bands - missouri,kansas,shooting star.)i know members in all i grew with them.please understand these release from past well down them if want but they play,not every song will sail everyone minds 'thats what early prog. check out there dvd of this tour!
