Haha! Thanks for listening, man. Fun fact, I grew up a Tigers fan (Alan Trammel and Cecil Fielder era) when I lived in Detroit a couple of times (also my mom's side is all Michiganders). Why I ever became a fan of the forever losing Mariners org, I guess that's on me😆

Yes, HUGE Keller fan back in the day and when I discovered him around 2000 (via SCI), I became aware that you could loop more than just your guitar if you have the right mixer. When I was looping 15 years ago, you could easily see Keller’s influence on me a lot more because I was trying to beatbox like him while playing the acoustic like him, too😁. He’s truly the godfather of modern day looping. Thanks for subscribing and please stop by a livestream!

@@robsmuzic and by the way, after hearing you cover “take me to the river” I went down that rabbit hole of listening to every cover of it I could find! Lol .. still really love Aynsley Listers version because it’s so “rocked up” (w that almost overpowering bass line in the beginning and the great solos..) but then I heard Rick Braun’s version and that blew my mind .then I found several live versions by warren Haynes ..and again , mind blowing... so then I came up with “my version”.. which was less mind blowing😬 , but ultimately, much more rewarding.. 🤣🤣.. so uh, thanks for reminding me what a great song that is! I always feel like there’s tons of great musicians performing on RU-vid.. but there’s only one Rob... i always go for the channels where there’s a person on display, and they interact with people.. channels like yours , or Nullibi or Aaron... and I try and do the same ... you know? ..
