I try and spend most of my time outdoors whether thats wild camping, hiking, SUP or trips away with the Mrs & dog. In my videos i'll show all the above and try and give a good account of the experience, info on the gear used and more.

Predominantly yer but some campsites like fisherground in the lakes have a designated field for roof tents or coniston hall where you can pitch up anywhere. All depends on the site.
Il y a aussi une autre technique qui vous aurait évité de vous en séparer... C’est d’acheter une remorque et de l’installer dessus. Ainsi, vous pouviez laisser la remorque (avec un antivol) et partir avec la voiture...🤗
Hi, I lifted her in and carried her out. She did jump out once which scared the cr4p out of us. There are different hacks you can do, towel on the bonnet and see if they go through the side window. We were going to look at Ikamper steps they seem to be the in thing for getting dogs up to a rooftop tent (Google Ikamper steps) hope that helped.
Haha if you watched it you'd know 🤣 na we prefer being able to go places without having to constantly empty it, close it, open it, we'd rather pitch up, everything gets left in tent, no packing away and we can go for days out without that double daily routine if that makes sense.
Got your vid recommend, just wanted to drop by say happy belated birthday mate, also the vid is banging! Also did Ben Nevis after finishing my WHW with my mate, the views are absolutely amazing.
Very good mate, really enjoyed your journey.............your commentary was spot-on throughout, easy to follow and very ''matter of fact''... (which is a breath of fresh air compared to most youtube videos which usually come across as ''I know everything about long distance hikes and the countryside, I have all the best gear and you should do it like me'')..... You avoided all those self importance speeches and came across as totally genuine, for me its one of the best Cumbria-way videos. You dont need to know all the names of the fells just as long as you know how to get from A to B on a daily basis. You are right to be wary of cattle too(a warning to all)............the piece near to high pike was as honest as it gets when you realised it was much closer than you thought(the relief came across)...........all in all it was a cracking watch ''warts and all''......congratulations on finishing........all the best....Stu....👌👌👍👍
Thank you, I really appreciate your comment. I get what you mean especially those that have never done that trail or other trails etc. I'll be as honest as I can all the time, best way to be. Hopefully get some more content up soon, been super busy unfortunately. Again thank you for your comment mate it's very much appreciated.
Great video, th8nk8ng of doing cumbria way myself next year. Also, not only do i have the same tent as you cloud peak 2 which i love. Light, spacious, compact. You also have the same stove as me, oex hero. Half the price of jetboil just as good, but i also have trouble getting it to sit in the lugs properly
just lifted her into and out of it. its easier if they have a harness as you can grab that as support. There are other ways that we found online like putting a towel on the bonnet and getting them to jump through the window or buying a runner and putting it over the ladder at an angle and trying to get them to walk up.
Do our best mate. Love waking, i live in north wales and been all over these hills on my own, people think I'm mad but its all good for you. I suffer a bit of mental health also so its essential to do something good for yourself when you can
The great outdoors is great and amazing for personal therapy, to collect your thoughts, de-stress, de-construct a bad day/week, feel fresh and alive. The benefits are endless. Keep walking, bud 👍
