Even a rag collector makes 10times more than that so I must advise you to change your cirlce 😂😂😂 1000 rupees a month...watch your cirlce bro... connect with me and I will show you the reality of IT professionals in Kashmir, I have been part of the IT set up of Kashmir for the last 13 years now so dont just say anything, IT Professionals in Kashmir are making better salaries than so called KAS and IAS officers.. atleast on paper...forget about the perks...so don't just say anything and discourage youngsters from taking up IT as a career...I have friends who make 5-6 lacs a month only through freelancing 😂😂😂 while sitting in Kashmir and the biggest IT companies (if you want to call them big) offer a minimum of 15k to freshers
@@ubaid_manzoor whatever little set up we have in Kashmir, I can assure you none of them offers less than 15k to a full time hire...here are the companies these freshers should go for ...BQE Software, iQuasar, Lelafe, Yarikul, Al Muqeet Systems, Alamdar Software, Applied Informatics, STC, most of them offer at par salaries with what their counterparts offer at Gurgaon, Noida, Hyderabad. Do some research, if you find any discrepancies, you are always welcome to come back to me and prove me wrong 🤗
@sajjad13 I have already said in the video, the so called big companies like BQE(did not take the name earlier) pay around 20k around, I already done some research before uploading the video. As a fresher the pay is 2.76 LPA got from someone working there, it is very low and if you go outside you can get 40k-50k as a fresher if you have decent skills. and other company will not take the name but they offer someone with 1 year experience 22k as I mentioned in the video, 2k raise, they are a well know startup also went to shark tank.
@@ubaid_manzoor everything is fine but I want to know who was offering 1000 rupees per month salary to a developer?? Capgemini, TCS, Cognizant and Wipro all have 2.72 LPA cap for freshers and then there are some freshers who get campus placements at 70-80 LPA or even 1cr depends how good you are at problem solving
@sajjad, I don't know the guys, it is a kashmiri group(will not take the name), there was a call once I joined in that someone said I am looking for reactjs dev and "we are even willing to pay minimum of 1k". Capgemini, TCS, Cognizant and Wipro, they are know for there low pay, should we set this as our standard in kashmir??
as a fresher i know basics of springboot and have made a project from springboot do i need to mention this in my resume, as i could be grilled by interviewer when mentioning it? Also is springboot still relevant in industry?
Same story in all Tier 2 cities like indore, Jaipur, Ahmedabad, Surat etc..The fresher salary even in CMMI level companies here is less than 10 thousand for 1 st year

So see everyone as per this guy he is a good reviewer but not all have the same mindset or not everyone seek for somthing this guy likes so if it feels good to you your resume then give it a try not once if they say any difference or you feel like this is somthing thats supposed to change thn you can All the best for your jobs ❤
