Fantastico Lya! Yo soy 500 RYT, y enseno chair yoga a seniors, por esto y otros factores he dejado un poco de practicar con mas disciplina e intensidad lo que mas me hace falta en este momento de mi vida que son mi apertura y estabilizacion de caderas, especialmente ahora que estoy apasionada por el tango (hace un tiempo, incluso empece a investigar si habia alguien que ofreciera yoga para tango como forma de acreditacion en Continuos Education para la Yoga Alliance... por el momento mis horas de ensenanza y sus clases gratis en linea son validas para mantener mi registro, pero no se si en el futuro esta oportunidad se acabe). Muchas gracias por tu video, muy bien guiado, hace casi 2 decadas que no tomaba una clase de yoga en espanol, me se toda la terminologia en ingles, y suena un poco extrano a mis oidos, pero pronto me adapte, y claaro las curiosas diferencias linguisticas entre el espanol de Argentina y de Mexico (mexicanos reirian cuando dices "cola', al igual que cuando decimos "trastes" en el contexto de "lavarlos"...Muchos Saludos!
hello from uk..these are very deep stretches of the tendons !! around the feet .. should you not add a word of caution that people must do these stretches in a progressive manner.. so that they don't injure themselves in the process. !! just. a question.. im from a medical background ...hence the question. but thank you I shall focus on my technique. cos I do some of these exercises.
Hi! Thank you for your message. Maybe you have noticed, that with each exercise it comes a note directly in the video that gives you a tip. Also in the description of the video you find a note, whats important to take into consideration. All my videos are guiding you through possibilities and options. If you have any doubts with an exercise, feel free to reach out and it's always good to check with a licensed Yoga Teacher as myself or an other person with medical background before starting exercises in case of doubts.

If you can start with 1-2 a week and later you might want to do it each day <3..... to feel the strength in your feet, can make a wonderful addiction out of this workout <3

Even if the leader shows the lady whether she has to move sideways or backwards or front ways, how does she know which choreography she has to perform? Thanks a lot, and Happy Holidays to you. There are not such things as silly questions, thank you for asking <3 I am happy that you like my content :) Tango is not a choreography. Therefore we need to learn, how we can connect to each other, in order to understand in which direction he wants us to move. He needs to give an intention and later a direction. You can watch the video about alignment / posture and backstep, that might help too <3

I'm sorry to hear that. Try to stretch your calfs and hamstrings for that, as that might help. Also the hip position can influence toe pain. Keep on doing the foot exercices and if it's not getting better, I would check with a doctor.
This is a routine that I follow everyday and it's helping to make my neck and shoulders feel better. Alleviating pains and aches. Highly recommended! Please see the other routines also. Brilliant!
