My DOIO KB16B-02 isn't being recognized at all by Windows, is there a driver package I can install? or did I just waste my money. VIA *kind of* recognizes it, but it appears that because windows itself doesn't know what the device is, it's not letting it communicate with VIA. and the VIA 1.3 install that came with it doesn't recognize it either. This is really frustrating, so if you have any insight, please let me know.
Sorry for the late reply, but I found a solution to this! Is there any way we can communicate through email? I can send you my JSON file that I use in order for Windows to recognize the device. Again sorry for the late reply

I fixed the issue and added comments many times how to fix it. But it's kept removed. I give up. If there is other people has the same issue then I will try to explain again.
Hey! Thanks for the video! Just wondering, I configured my 2nd layer using the macro keys specifically for logic shortcuts I use all the time, but I want to do the same on my 3rd and 4th layer with different shortcuts aside from a few overlapping ones. But there's only a limited amount of macros to customize (the MO0-MO16). Am I missing something or can I add more macros or customize other keys? I really want to customize each layer for specific programs and that feels impossible with the limited macros. Thanks so much for your time and sorry if this is too specific. It's hard to find info about this stuff as I'm sure you're aware. lol Oh and also I'm confused on how to customize the knobs. I'm sorry about asking so much again. lol

FairPlay man but this exactly why I play Fortnite too many noobs jump on u after ur just killed 4 people and low they hit u with like two bullets it’s always the way n it jus made me quit it
This does not seem to work with the wireless version at all. Tried many different ways. The wireless version just does not reset for an firmware upgrade either. so Via 1.3.1 is the only one that will work (with json loading) but even then it's not working 100% since the knobs can't really be adjusted in VIA 1.3.1 properly.
@@originallechedo u know if there's any way to be able to be able to do keybinds for the 3 knobs? and for some reason the keys dont work properly in bluetooth mode too - haha.
Appreciate the comment! Also yes it will work with the wireless version as well! As long as you follow the same steps from my video and your computer/pc recognize your macropad, you should good to go.
