I used to have Schwing welding Certs as well as Putzmiester, back in 1995 I used to put a Schwing complete hopper on an Elba, to hand make the control housing, took me 100 hours to make that, I don’t think anyone does this kind of work anymore. I used to straighten the booms when these would tip over. A514 was always stick welded and pre heated, it’s weird to see how far the technology has come with these trucks. Awesome.

Very economical Machine but Machine has very high cost of Maintenance if there is a problem occurred in it. Beside this a conventional engine has a limited maintenance cost.
Not clean enough bro, as a pumpcrete helper, you must ensure the cleanliness of the cylinder the hopper. You must clean it it with plenty of water to ensure the pipe,, after de clogging the pipe you must put the cleaning ball back and pump it again with water just make sure the cleaning ball will go out. Just my opinion bro as a pumpcrete helper
I'm a concrete finisher forms that I get to enjoy working with different pumps on different jobs and let me tell you that's an amazing technology out there thank you to The operators that are running the pumps are badass
But how long does the cutting process take? Is the investment for this large machine really worth it? This seems like an over engineered solution to a problem that has been solved in better ways.
