This is the most genuine an experience you have when at this place. The tension is 10 times more at night, boy have I had some experiences inside and out that genuinely terrify me. but glad a video on YT accurately represents the vibe like this did. Well done fella! I could sense your nerves building with every corner you passed. Very fun to watch.
@@BakedPotato-v8b appreciate it heaps 🙌 but yeah for sure definitely is one of the scariest places I’ve been haha still haven’t been back since hahah but thank you heaps 💯🙌
First off I'm only 52 seconds in but you broke in. The fact you climbed a fence to get in is break & enter......the fence line makes it a "secure" perimeter and climbing a "secure" perimeter is break & enter despite you not actually breaking a lock, window or wall or cutting the fence line to gain access. The sign on the gate clearly states that it's a restricted access area by stating "Roof access by permit only" as well so you knew you were breaking in. Forcing entry is break & enter regardless of means. Whilst trespassing can apply to this as well in most cases trespassing would more be for them asking you to leave for a legal & genuine reason from the car park or shopping center and you refusing. Secondly security can touch people but only when exacting a citizens arrest which this guard stated you were under arrest or in defence of themselves or others. The whole idea that guards can't touch people comes from private security companies or clients not wanting guards to do anything other then observe & report due to the lack off training within the industry. Rather then pushing for the government to approve better training or companies paying for the guards to go threw further training they'd rather just have a hands of policy. These policies were brought into place due to undertrained guards (as I stated before) causing legal issues and insurance issues for security companies and their clients.....it has nothing to do with law. I've worked security myself and still hold the license and I have put people in handcuffs and even used an expandable baton on people before and it was all legal. Guards in the different areas of security also have different capabilities given to them by the company & client.....static security guards typically have hands of policies but bouncers & mobile patrol security (looks like these guards were patrol guards) are aloud to go hands on. You clearly state "hopefully I don't get caught" at the 1:29 mark which shows you know you are doing wrong and let's not forget you were concerned about how loud walking on the roof was. Don't act like you did nothing wrong when you get caught, be a man and own up to your miss-adventures. The guards would be trying to take your GoPro from you to reduce the risk off you using the stick as a weapon against them.....this is of course based on the assumption you have the GoPro on a selfie stick. Even if it's not on a selfie stick you can still hit the guards in the head with the GoPro. Remember, just as you don't know what training the guards have they don't know what training (if any) you have and for their safety they must treat you as a threat until you are not one. The guard was out off place by swearing, name calling and getting verbally aggressive though. If you got his details report him to the company and to the relevant state authority that is responsible for issuing guard licenses, the police should be able to provide you with the contact details. Guards Australia wide are legally required to provide their license details/number and the company they are representing on request & you don't require a reason to request these details. Judging by the car the security company is AssetLink.....show them this footage! I'm a NSW Security Guard and guards like this are all over the country. The problem is that it's too easy to become a guard.....the RTOs just give you the answers for the exams so anyone passes. The problem with this guy is that he clearly isn't Aussie and he comes from a country where this behavior is acceptable for guards & LEO and he carries that thought train over. I feel that a big part off getting a guard license should include practical tests/scenarios to see how you act in these situations and if you can't remain calm and posses the knowledge to quote the relevant laws and educate offenders then you shouldn't get the license. If I was the one setting the standards for guards I'd make sure every guard was on the same level as LEOs on every aspect.
@@TheMegaAsh holy Jupiter but appreciate all the information but all my videos and adventures are all for memories and the views haha not out too hurt no one and go pro wasn’t on a selfie stick hahah was on a head strap but in that case could hit them with anything I had had a whole bag of stuff but wasn’t out too do that wasn’t threatening them or anything went to walk off and they grabbed me but yeah for sure systems definitely fucked haven’t seen this guard since then so hopefully doesn’t got a job anymore, cheers anyway though haha
Mad footage bro, I was there 😂🎉. I got slammed and arrested at the 2022 - check out the footage (medical cannabis patient arrested then let go at 420 2022 Melbourne) Catch up with you this year, we get an apartment close by to chill. 🌲🌲🌲🍭🍬🍭🍕🌬🌬☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️✈️✈️✈️✈️✈️✈️
yo bro its still there i think only now it might be getting demolished, there are more cameras, but there is active security. couple boys after us got caught. went up that chimey and that was a farkin view
i got treated the exact same way at chadstone when i walked across the glass dome. feels like the same guy and his force 😂 wish i got footage but they bloody ripped me gopro out of my bag. they held it, and said “it would be easier (to let go)” and all they did was hold my shet. still broke a piece off me gopro.
I did security a while back and you need to reach out to his employers bro this was extremely unprofessionally handled from the point of him swearing to the excessive force used
@@xploryaiden Both are normally fished with a single hook either under a float or legered though, thin slices of hot dog or sections, depends on the size of the hook really and what you are after. I love the idea of how you made a "lure" with the hot dog, never seen that before, will have to give it a try.
@@originalshadowfax Yeah true definitely makes sense as I said if I was a fish id eat it and yeah was just trying different ways haha will have too suss it though hopefully have more luck 🎣👌
