Can’t wait to have that dream one day too, I am a student at the moment and I am skydiving in the weekends, but even while I skydive my hands get quite numb if I don’t wear gloves😂. My next goal is to reach 200 jumps and start flying a wingsuit. Your videos are truly an inspiration and keeps me pushing towards my dream of becoming a wingsuit BASE jumper. Hope to meet you one day!
@@dariusbejan546 thanks for your kind words, I can only recommend you to follow this beautiful dream and first of all to enjoy every single step of it, they're all amazing, even the first ones 🙏😊✨
Jesus K Christ! That must be the best wingsuit flight I have ever seen on youtube, and I've seen a few. Some of those passbys were too close for comfort, but the variety of landscapes is fabulous! What is your airspeed? 160 mph? 200? Yeah, the only thing that was missing was the jump itself.
Thank you very much, I think we jumped around 4400 m, approximately 300m above the jungfrau summit. It was the first try but we spotted the line for long time to choose our trajectory. Sometimes the first try is satisfying enough to not have to do a second round :D
Jesus, first time! Impressive. I wish you luck and safety! Remember. SSR and F. Safe, Smart, Responsible and Fun How are you able to accurately judge angles on your line. Also, are you able to maneuver quite well? Like slow down, speed up, gain a bit of altitude with a small flare or something? Or is it more so you’re stuck to a downhill glide line and have to make do within that window? I guess as woody and buzz would argue, what % are you falling gracefully compared to flying? Cheers!
@@VaughnLower like in every sport or simply like when we drive a car, with practise, we slowly become able to judge with precision our trajectories and be sure of them. We can maneuver for sure, wingsuit are super agiles and the rule is to never go on a line to flat to be able to gain altitude in a second. This one was steep enough to have no doubt about it at every single moment. As everything who flies without engine, we are falling gracefully, we just need a lot more wind to lift us up than a bird or a paraglide, because we are a lot faster... :D
I luv it too but somehow I find it much more satisfying to be part of the flight till flare and parachute 🪂 and spotting the landing area from above and touchdown. But it’s different philosophy I guess.. the video is beautiful the way it is. ❤
A true 21st century sport for the new millennium that leaves skiing, soccer and auto racing in the dustbin of history. I am thrilled to be alive to see your video. Why was it necessary to make that cut?
Absolutely breathtaking! This video showcasing the entire Arrête de Tricot is a masterpiece of visual storytelling. It's astounding how every detail of this stunning alpine landscape is captured with such clarity and precision.
Non gros repérage au sol et en vol pour prendre de telles trajectoires, il faut garder une part de feeling car on ne peut pas tout prévoir avant mais ce ne serait pas viable sur le long terme de passer aussi bas sans préparation...
Wow. I can't tell if it was just the camera angle but it looked like you were able to go super flat and gain altitude without stalling the suit. How did you do that? They always say speed is life in WS BASE.
Yes there were some sections at more than 3.2 of glide ratios so some parts of the flights are very flat and of course they slowed down my speed but as I has escape possibilities everytime, first on the right and after on the left I was confident enough to fly that slow and that close to the ground. I wouldn't go that slow on a vertical proximity line
Watched this a couple years ago when you released it but forgot to comment on how f***ing incredible it is. I come back and watch it very frequently. Honestly one of the MOST beautiful lines and wingsuit videos that I've ever seen. Absolutely stunning!!!!!
À cette époque je devais avoir au moins 5ans de pratique, beaucoup de ski avant et je vole toute l'année, aucune blessure à déplorer lors de la pratique de cette activité 🙂
