Served my time here back in 1999-2000, in pod C, cell 114, this used to be CCA back then, downstarirs were mix, whites, blacks, latinos, upstairs were asians from Vietnam, Laos etc, K9 dog was once a week searching for contrabands.

I would never stop, I ran from them in Colorado at a orv park and got clean away years ago..don't like being harassed while out on my dirt bike, I have a sticker and helmet on just leave me alone thank God I live in Wyoming where you don't see anything like this.. pure harassment..
Aaawww, so many memories... Been to all of them, except East Mesa and Facilty 8. Happy to say i havent stepped foot in ANY of those facilities in 8 years. Which im proud of, since ive been booked into Vista Jail (2:32) 17 times in my life. Thats counting times where i spent 8-12 hours in the sobering tank, times where i spent 3 to 14 days in jail, times where i spent 6 to 12 months in jail, and times where i ended up spending years in State Prison. But it always started at Vista Jail for me. I still remember the smell. It hits you right when you walk into the booking area. The smell of stale bologna sandwiches, body odor, and cheap detergents and soaps.

Goes to show you magazine capacity matters little. Looks like the shooters AR was loaded with blanks and no blank firing adaptor so it would not cycle without the operator manually ejecting and loading a new round and look how fast he was able to fire it.
My son was beaten to a pulp by a San Diego deputy. He did nothing except walk on the street, he is a Special Operations Career Military man. I am a retired detective. San Diego Country settled his Lawsuit admitting wrong doing. San Diego Sheriff Dept is a disgrace. His only charge? Resisting arrest, no other charge. He was covering up as this thug deputy beat him in the face. The Sheriff Dept did not investigate the Civilian Complaint. Thugs in green uniforms, nothing more.
it's actually really tough to qualify for these sorts of things. not anyone can do it, you usually need a thorough background in a similar line of work or you have to know someone that can vouch for you internally and you'll be trained.
