Nice choices here. This time of year everything changes so fast that you could probably do this monthly. For instance last month it was champagne mango and banana on my wife's breakfast millet, and now it's blackberries and peach. For the moment my picks would be summer squash & zucchini, golden kiwis, & watermelon.

Thank you for this class. It is relaxing and it also gives you energy. I wish that I could remove the music. It is sometimes louder than the instructor's voice. It is too loud on this and on a few of the other yoga videos from Healthy Columbus. But I do appreciate the excellent instructor.
