This video is so helpful. I have been drinking tea but I’m craving coffee today. Artificial sugar is gross and leaves an aftertaste but I will give this a try.

Hi, Hannah... I don't know if you still read these comments, but... I found your GumRoad site and purchased the 'Complete Food Lists'... all I got was the abridged 'Free' foods list - twice. I like you a lot and don't really want to do this in public, but the site is very confusing and I can't see a way to contact you. I don't mind giving you a couple bucks - I just want my Complete list. Can you help me? Thank you.

It's been a while since I posted a video. I had to share my favorite salad with you. With a lack of variety of fruits and vegetables this time of year, it's a perfect combo of ingredients! Let me know what you like to put in your salad during the winter months! Cheers!

Very helpful video, I have a question, can it fit meal prep containers? Online the width of the compartment is said to be 5 inches but meal prep containers are 6 inches in width. Will they still fit?

I lost 20 pounds in 3 months.Have a fruit and veggie smoothie with yogurt and eggs everyday for breakfast and count it as 0 points

I couldn't find the itrackbites app. I wonder is it no longer available? I wanted to start something free first just to get a feel for it...Then maybe WW. I'm like you as well...I can't do cold turkey.

Yes, I cannot find the iTrackBites either. I did try and look it up again in the apps store and found: Food bite score calculator! Hope this can work for you. ☀️

I just use 1 % milk and sugar free skinny syrup in my coffee. And I don't count it. Before my international delight was 2 points a tbsp

I just want to say that I’ve never felt hungry on WW. I lost 50 pounds eight years ago with WW. I had gained it all back and began again 8 weeks ago. I’ve lost 14 pounds so far this time. I feel like the trick is use those free points food. Luckily, I love fruits and vegetables so I don’t have a problem.

Thats great! I am back at it losing some as well. I always find those first few days are really hard, but will always remember the very first time I started WW in 2009 I struggled big time. I went from sugar/carbs/soda to the point system and found it incredibly hard the first 14 days... after that I was good! Good luck on your journey!

Coffee creamer has also been a big struggle for me. One cup costs me 6 points. I've been counting it, but it does take up a big chunk of points right off the bat. You're so right about it being hard to change something you really enjoy. The idea of gradually lessening the creamer is much better than an abrupt change. I probably wouldn't be a coffee drinker if it weren't for the creamer!

I guesstimate🫣. I make them with lots of water… so I think it’s about 1/2 the points the WW app says😃

Before March 2020 I followed WW with mindset of clean eating. My skin glowed and eyes were bright. I drank lots of water and exercised and walked. Covid was a hot mess all around. Got off track. My intention to to go back to clean eating under WW. Thanks for the boost bia your video!

I also make a version of this, but I freeze the coffee in an ice cube tray (I use 5 cubes) and add cinnamon, black cocoa powder and sugar free chocolate protein powder. Yum

11:55pm Please share what you did to replace coffee creamers. I use Splenda and I offset the after taste with sweet flavored creamers. I drink 2 to 4 cups per day.

You can freeze it. However it changes the texture and it takes a while to thaw :/
