another cool idea is to make underneath the mountains look like the depths in legend of Zelda tears of the kingdom, and maybe you can ask mog as I'm pretty sure he has played those games

this is the kind of world tour i’m interested in and I havent been able to find. not only do your builds have purpose, but you have a story behind everything as well. absolutely amazing
There is just the issue that they keep bogging the game down with more filler or disappointing content they were afraid to go full on. The amount of content is up to them, they already largely or completely completed their game in my eyes.
I'm willing to bet that a LOT of the lag comes from the huge open undergrounds beneath the mountains that you're making. Even if they're lit up (I think someone, maybe Mogswamp? did an experiment about it?) the open air situation means that the game is checking all that area for mob spawns All. The. Time. You might want to use lava casting to fill them in, or section and wall them off (I think there's something about closed cells being checked less than ones with openings to the sky).
One more question to add regarding audio, How to find your voice for doing RU-vid as mine suks, btw English is not my native tongue. Appreciate it if u take the time to reply.. Cheers!
Hey fwhip, there’s something you haven’t done in over a YEAR! You still haven’t made interiors in the flower forest village and the fisherman village, that might be cool to see since you made interiors in the 1.21 episode, that would be really cool to see! (etc, also new papyrus)
As a note on how to break up a minecraft session, I have 2 dispensers with named paper in them. Eight tasks and a good off pass, one of the tasks is a material gather task so the second dispenser has 9 mats that I need to fill a shulker with. It really helped with stagnation on a big project.
I also have a big theme for a world I wanna make but I suck at building lol and I want it to be lore heavy so it’s gonna require a lot of planning but I don’t want to like take too long planning then not have time to actually do it
My tip is to not go overboard with the planning, just lay down some general rules and then fill in the details as you play. Over planning every detail turns the game into a chore of a checklist to do. Look at the world generation for inspiration, match that with the ground rules of your lore, and meet in the middle somewhere. Seeing a mountain and thinking “a castle would look so cool there” and making up a lore reason somebody built one there is a lot more inspiring than feeling forced to build a castle because your lore said so.
how do you decide what to build at the beginning of a new minecraft world because I am lost on where to start do you have any main steaks for what to start with
I've worked in a call center for over 15.5 years and your points on voice are so applicable. My customer service voice is different and more paced then my normal but has also influenced the way I speak normally.
A really cool lore idea you could add to the city is maybe an Embassy building to represent New Papyrus! It would change up the architecture style in the city ever so slightly plus showcase the thriving collaboration between both cultures (mayhaps could double as sand/desert supply storage) 👀
ngl my heart stopped when i popped up into the video thank you for the explination! maybe the swamp areas could be the dirt and path block areas, like all the water drains from there and can never let anything grow in the area. and it drains it all into a man made swamp near the foot of the mountain. I am very curious on how concrete trees would look aswell.
Dear fWip, I have been a fan for about a year now and have a few questions. The first being why is your name fWhip? My second question is under the mountains have you considered making a city of advanced farmers. You could consider making it a lush cave of sorts. Keep up the good work, you always make my day.
I can provide an answer for the first question: He wanted to name a videogame caracter Whip, but it was taken, so he went with FailWhip. He then went with that useranme everywere, but changed it to fWhip on youtube.
I think the enchanted beehive is a result of you playing in snapshot , with the new items systems that replace nbt , it's possible that a little bug made the beehive get the enchant glint.
There's only one explanation for the enchanted cursed beehive. CHEATS! We caught you red-handed, you CHEATER! Just kidding, please don't hate me now. You are genuine, we know you are. These comment/question of the day videos are really quite cool. It gives a bit of behind-the-scenes vibe and we get to know this funny guy fWhip better. Keep up the amazing videos!
